Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry to a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The lakes are in walking distance from the apartment and otherwise the metro is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and from here there is one stop to the city center.

Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.
