Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

Cozy, bright apartment close to the metro to the city center. All to yourselves. Newly refurbished. Fully equipped kitchen. New nice shower fixture in the bathroom. New towels and sheets. New double bed with new top mattress in large corner living room. Beautiful historical green park with H.C. Andersen's grave just opposite. Close to cafes, beer breweries, thrift stores, movie theater, music venues, and restaurants. An area that has been voted by Time Out magazine for the world's coolest area in 2021

Quiet bohemian apartment with open to tilt

Welcome to my nice little apartment with two rooms and open to kip. Bathroom and kitchen from 2021, living room/kitchen with possibility of extra bedding. Bedroom with double bed. The other bed is in the kitchen/living room. The apartment is located at the top of the 3rd floor and is very quiet. Close to metro, shopping, cafes and parks. I am happy to assist with tips and answer questions. If you wish, I will make up the extra bed in the living room, but as a starting point I will make up the room.

Its cozy with danish design furnitures, and all inventory is of a high quality. The bed is an Auping. The property is quiet and there is a cozy yard. Within 200 m you find the centermetro and Assistens Kirkegaard and a lot of cozy cafe's, take-aways, restaurants and shops around the corner. 2 km to the city center.

Perfect for a couple, family or friends who want to enjoy a relaxed holiday in Copenhagen. Only 10 minutes by bike, bus or metro from the center of Copenhagen. This includes a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for cooking, a lovely living room with TV, WiFi & Chromecast. The apartment is located on the 3TH floor and there is no elevator - very common in CPH.

A spacious sleeping area is presented with a light-toned bed dressed in white linens. Two circular artworks are displayed on green walls, while a window allows natural light to brighten the room. A decorative ceiling fixture adds an elegant touch.

The apartment comes with its own parking space located in a parking basement. The whole apartment is rented out.
