This was our second time at this place . (Had Forgotten to leave a review on our 1st visit🤦🏼‍♀️) We really enjoyed our stays .It’s close to everything.Very clean and relaxing . It’s equipped with all you could possibly need . We highly recommend this place . And definitely plan on returning sometime in the future. We got to meet Jim on our way out and he was very friendly and even suggested us to go visit his hometown ,Which i plan on doing next time . Thanks again for hosting us. D&D ☺️

Cozy One Bedroom Apartment

TravisRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This was truly one of the better living spaces you're going to find on Airbnb. It's one of those spots that you walk into and immediately think "yup this is great" and feel right at home. It's tucked out of the way and feels quite remote but is <6-7 minutes to places like Picaroons and <11m minutes to downtown. Easy access to uptown as well from the Princess Margaret. Super peaceful, woodsy feel to a really great backyard. Rob was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to anything we needed and stocked the kitchen/bathroom/apartment with absolutely everything you need. And you MUST get upstairs to meet Gus the pup - he's a super energetic, ultra friendly little dog and meeting him was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the bustle and have a car to get around!

In Fredericton for my son’s graduation! Loved the location, the walking trails were amazing for my dogs. I only regret not having my bike. The place was well equip to cook and incredibly comfortable! The location is quiet despite how close it is to Union St. I would absolutely recommend this place !

We took a quick trip to NB (2 nights) and this was the way to do it! Wonderful location- easy walk to downtown, restaurants, trails, the walking bridge (beautiful!). Half the price of staying in a hotel downtown and everything we needed. Cozy, functional. Host has set up messages with check-in and check-out info. Everything went smoothly :) Laundry is added bonus!

Hidden gem for your peaceful retreat

NonieRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The space was easy to locate, private, clean, and exactly as posted. The check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond when we had issues. We were disappointed there was only a tiny TV with no sign-in for streaming services but it wasn't posted that they had that, it was just my expectation. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Park Place

AmyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Kate’s place was exceptional. It’s decorated incredibly nicely, and the up-to-date decor makes her spot cozy and inviting. The glassed-in porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Everything you need to prepare meals is available; you won’t have to use someone’s discarded pots and pans. Clean and well-maintained appliances mean you can cook meals just as if you were home. Kate put a lot of thought into supplying everything you need for your stay. The park directly across the street is the perfect spot for a stroll or to allow your kids to burn off some energy at the playground. Kate’s place is conveniently located in the city, making getting around any spot you want to explore easily. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again. Thanks, Kate!

Janis place was a home away from home for us while we attended our daughter’s graduation in Fredricton. The neighbourhood is in a quiet residential area but close to everything we needed. This host has thought of everything from every appliance you could need including an air fryer and a BBQ on the deck. The space is nicely decorated and updated. Janis was the perfect host and we would love to come and stay again soon

Downtown George St Delight- Second Level

We had a good one night stay at Wendy's It is well located in the city center with on site parking. We thought the beds were very comfortable and the linens/towels were good quality. The apartment was clean and quiet (heard nothing from the other occupied apartments in the building), and the kitchen was well equipped. Wendy was a good communicator and made the booking/checking in process easy . Highly recommended.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Lovely quiet neighborhood backing on to the golf course. Close to all the amenities downtown core, but far enough out of the city to enjoy some quiet. The home was pristine, beautifully decorated, and smelled so lovely upon entry! The beds are comfy too. The kitchen had everything you’d need for a quick getaway. We come to Fredericton once a year and I think we found our new spot! They were also very accommodating with our senior dog. Thanks for having us - we enjoyed our stay in your home.
