The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

This unit is truly an experience, with its 9 and 10 foot tall ceilings, soaker tub with antique fixtures, and beautiful original trim and mouldings, you will get the old Victorian charm with all the modern day amenities. This unit includes a beautiful primary bedroom with king bed, a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, on site laundry, and an office area! Spend a night, a week, or a month at this self-contained apartment unit in downtown Fredericton.
