House vacation rentals in Fredericton

Wonderful stay in Fredericton! We were a group with several groups and a child, the house is so big that everyone found their place, even the baby! :) Great location, very kind host!

This Airbnb was perfect for our ski trip, being only 15 minutes from Crabbe and right next to an Irving/ANBL/Pizza Shack. The house was clean and spacious, and the hosts were very responsive!

I stayed one night with friends for my Bachelorette. the place is gorgeous, clean and very spacious, with multiple rooms and bathrooms. we had a great time!

This place was beautiful. The view was amazing, beyond what I thought it would be ! The airbnb was very clean and well stocked with everything you will need.

Was exactly what we needed for our out of town work trip

Lynn’s property is lovely and peaceful with beautiful views. Everything was as described and extremely well equipped, including the kitchen, which is the best equipped I have ever seen for an Airbnb. Communication was timely, easy and clear. I would definitely stay again!

Kelley was pleasure to deal with, and very responsive. The property was as described, very scenic and comfortable with everything we needed. We were there to celebrate a family birthday and there was plenty of room for 10 of us. Thank you for sharing your lovely property.

Mike's place is in a good area just a short distance to downtown Fredericton. The neighborhood is great for walking. The street is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. It's a newer suite which is nice. I would recommend staying here if you want to be away from the downtown area but close enough to get there quickly. Mike was kind enough to allow me to stay with my 2 small dogs which was greatly appreciated!!

We had a great weekend at the cabin, everything was as described and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Such a welcoming, bright,comfortable accomodation that makes you feel like coming home. There is everything you could ever need for use in the kitchen for family or just a couple. The bedrooms are cosy, well adorned and extra bed/bath linens are plenty. Cannot say enough about the attention to detail and communication of the hosts. Don’t hesitate-just book it!

We stayed at Marian’s place for two weeks as we were volunteering in the area. For a long stay we required a place like home that had all the amenities for large meals. She had everything! You can bake, bbq, blend. Was great to feel at home, and enough room for everyone. We had rain but enjoyed reading on the covered porch out front and nice big deck out back to sit in sun. Would recommend for a long stay.

What a wonderful property and terrific host. Big, spacious main level with a scenic sunroom off the well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this host and property to anyone interested in visiting Fredericton.

This is a beautiful place. The house is comfortable, and has many huge windows to let in natural light, and views of the forest and lake. It needs a bit of maintenance, since the owners haven’t been able to get there recently due to the general COVID travel restrictions in place. However, it is still a wonderful place to stay. The setting, on the shore of a very private lake (only two other houses), is so relaxing. My children loved playing in the lake, and my husband enjoyed having tea and reading a magazine on the dock, in the mornings. If the kids had been bigger, we would have used the paddle board and kayak. There were lots of birds that I hadn’t seen before, and we awakened to loon calls every morning. The kitchen and dining room were quite convenient and allowed me to keep an eye on the kids while preparing food and cleaning up. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals. My children also really enjoyed the loft bedroom, with its books and toys, and big windows. There was lots to entertain them, indoors and out. If you do have small children, note that the spiral staircase has wide spaces in the railing, so a barrier is a good idea to keep littles off it unless they are being closely supervised. If you are working while there, also be aware that the cellular data goes back and forth between LTE and 3G, so bandwidth isn’t always great. It was fine for me on my smartphone, just slow for my husband’s videoconferences. Deborah was very responsive and helpful, and answered my messages very quickly.

Kayvon’s place was perfect for us! The pictures didn’t do the place justice! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots/ pans. The fenced yard and patio space was great! Kayvon was a super host who was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend Kayvon’s place. We have actually booked it again for later in the summer!!

I cannot rave about this place enough! Extremely grateful for Katie and Trent for their beautiful home. They provided everything we needed. We felt right at home!the kitchen and bathrooms were complete with all the supplies you may need. The house was very spacious and SPOTLESS.Katie was extremely responsive whenever we contacted her. We accidentally locked ourselves out and they were very quick to come to the rescue. They even let us stay for a few hours after checkout as we needed it. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

It was a beautiful and relaxing winter stay. The fire pit was even enjoyable in the -20 weather and we spent time making s’mores and looking at the stars. The interior is cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Everything smelled clean and fresh. Michelle was proactive with reaching out about check in/check out and that was greatly appreciated!
