Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fredericton

This is a beautiful place. The house is comfortable, and has many huge windows to let in natural light, and views of the forest and lake. It needs a bit of maintenance, since the owners haven’t been able to get there recently due to the general COVID travel restrictions in place. However, it is still a wonderful place to stay. The setting, on the shore of a very private lake (only two other houses), is so relaxing. My children loved playing in the lake, and my husband enjoyed having tea and reading a magazine on the dock, in the mornings. If the kids had been bigger, we would have used the paddle board and kayak. There were lots of birds that I hadn’t seen before, and we awakened to loon calls every morning. The kitchen and dining room were quite convenient and allowed me to keep an eye on the kids while preparing food and cleaning up. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals. My children also really enjoyed the loft bedroom, with its books and toys, and big windows. There was lots to entertain them, indoors and out. If you do have small children, note that the spiral staircase has wide spaces in the railing, so a barrier is a good idea to keep littles off it unless they are being closely supervised. If you are working while there, also be aware that the cellular data goes back and forth between LTE and 3G, so bandwidth isn’t always great. It was fine for me on my smartphone, just slow for my husband’s videoconferences. Deborah was very responsive and helpful, and answered my messages very quickly.

You will not regret booking this air bnb!!! My fiancé and I had a wonderful time here. We stayed for one night and we are from Fredericton, but wanted a night away to relax. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, as well as the cozy fireplace and living room. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in, until we checked out. Amy took care of us with the sweetest little touches like a welcome charcuterie board and beautiful fresh red roses. The kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom are all beautifully decorated with Amy’s unique style, she is so talented at what she does. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We will be back in the future for sure. Thank you Amy, you are the best!

So very accommodating, a lovely room as always, peaceful surroundings and a very yummy breakfast in the morning on their sunny front breakfast room. I love staying here! Great location. Little extras were nice like snacks, coffee etc. if you are getting in late. Walking distance to where you want to be DT.

Joelle was excellent! A perfect stop over on our trip out East. She was really quick with her responses and gave clear directions on how to get to her place. We got in pretty late during both our stays and Joelle had everything set up for us from a welcoming bottle of wine to several options for breakfast the next day. Great hospitality! Would highly recommend!

We stayed one night in a room with private bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for my friend, but I found it perfect.I also loved small breakfast (more than enough for me) and fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. I would stay there again and recommend to my friends.

The location was ideal for my needs. I stayed at Momma Jo's during my clinical at URVH, and it was the perfect place to unwind after my shift. Everything I needed was readily available, making my stay truly comfortable and relaxing.

Great place to stay and a great price! Joelle is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. She is quick to respond and provide any help if needed during your stay. Nice quiet place out in the country. Peaceful and quiet. Just a short drive into town.

Vasyl is a very good host. The BnB was extremely clean and comfortable and perfect stop on our way to PEI.. We had a spectacular view of the river from our bedroom. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved my stay! You are getting ease of property parking. Walkability to Riverfront. Farmers market on Thursdays was a highlight. Convenient location for day trip drives. Modern updated spa bathrooms. Comfy beds with lovely linens. Room was spacious, comfortable. Quiet for sleeping. Access to sitting room on the upper floor (with kettle for tea/coffee machine/bar fridge to store items/sitting area) Breakfasts are a 10/10! Attention to details 10/10! Highly recommend for a memorable stay with excellent hosts. So inviting, relaxing. A true Gem in Fredericton 🥰
