This house is the main house in one of the oldest farms in the upper Copenhagen area. It´s located in an extremely nice area app 20 min in a train. It´s located close to the beach, local castle, golf, forest, posh marina area with beach, shops and top restaurants. Even though in the middle of our city, it´s full of silence and nature, 15 minutes to Copenhagen centre by train, and 20 min by car. 270 m2 house / 2.000 m2 garden, 6 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 1 big kitchen, 1 big outside kitchen.

The home is close to the beach and large natural areas. There are museums and culture nearby, including Louisiana, Helsingør, Kronborg and Fredensborg Castle. It is 30 km to Copenhagen by train or by car. The home is simple and modern with a stylish design. There is a large living room with loft for kip, modern kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher, two double bedrooms in each and one bathroom. Charm, silence, and simple design make the apartment an ideal getaway. Owner lives in the house.

The house is very central to village, 8 mins walk from train station, 45 mins by train from Copenhagen Airport, 30 mins by car to CPH, in the countryside, but only a short walk to: beaches, forest, bakery, shops & supermarkets, restaurants (pizzaria, gourmet: "Sletten" in the old harbour) cafe's and cinema. Easy walking to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Karen Blixen Museum (Rungsted), close to Kronborg and Fredensborg castle (The Queens summer residence) or go by ferry to Sweden on a daytrip.

There are 4 bed rooms, a living room with a fireplace for chilly evenings, 2,5 bath rooms, a big beautiful sun deck and a huge garden with lots of space for playing. We live 7 minutes from the beach and a cosy marina, and 6 minutes from the forest. Only 3 km away you will find MOMA Louisiana and 7 km away is cosy and shopping friendly medieval town of Elsinore, Hamlet's castle Kronborg, and a 20 minutes ferry boat ride to Sweden.

Welcome to our cosy nordic inspired family home! While we are away, we hope you will enjoy the house close to the ocean and Copenhagen as much as we do. Here you can relax, play with the children, walk to the beach, forest, golf course or Kokkedal Castle. You can visit Copenhagen or Elsinore (only 20 minutes by public transportation) or enjoy the nice area of Hoersholm eg. swim in the ocean, the maritime atmosphere at Rungsted Harbor, Karen Blixen Museum or Louisiana Museum of Modern Art.

Close to forest and lake in Nordsjaelland

Older house with new extension in the Kingdom of North Zealand. Walking distance to Esrum lake and the center of Fredensborg with large castle park and Fredensborg Castle. The house is right next to the forest and has a large garden with a fire pit and shelter with room for 6 sleeping if you want to sleep in the garden. There is 1 cat living here, which is very peaceful. It is 30 minutes by car to Copenhagen and 10 minutes by car to the beach at Humlebæk and Espergærde.

Our cozy house is build in 1906. It contains basement with sleeping room and laundry room, 1st and 2nd floor and a nice 800 sqm garden. 1st floor has kitchen/dining room, living room, hall and toilet. 2nd floor has 3 sleeping rooms with workspaces, bathroom with shower and tub and a separate toilet. Also a large, covered terrasse and an annex with workspace etc.
