We are renting out our lovely apartment for the summer vacation. It is located on the top floor (3rd floor) and measures 710 sq. ft. (66 sq. m) plus a 151 sq. ft. (14 sq. m) balcony. The apartment consists of a lovely, large, bright living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a hallway, and a bathroom. We personally renovated the entire interior of the apartment in the summer of 2025. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of: Fredensborg station, approximately 10 minutes Pedestrian street with shops, dining options, and shopping opportunities about 15 minutes away. Fredensborg Palace with the palace grounds, approximately 20 minutes Esrum Lake, approximately 30 minutes

Lovely spacious and bright apartment with a beautifully furnished terrace. Beautifully decorated, plus its own carport. The apartment is located 350 meters from the train station; it takes 25 minutes to get to Copenhagen city center. The golf club and Kokkedal Castle are located in the back garden. There are forests and beaches within walking distance. There is a very strong neighborhood community in the development; everyone is sweet and friendly. The ideal vacation home for those who want to experience the vibrant energy of Copenhagen while still enjoying nature, beauty, and tranquility right where you live.
