The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. Cottage in Lbín

In the morning, only the singing of birds from the surrounding forest will wake you up. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest in the small village of Lbín - Hlinná in the heart of the Bohemian Uplands, on a fenced plot with a garden, pond and stream. It is rented as a whole house and is suitable for guests looking for peace, privacy and a stay in nature. You will not find the hustle and bustle of the city or the neighboring houses - the place is ideal for a slow pace, rest and quiet. The cottage is located about 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of trips around the Czech Central Highlands.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.
