House vacation rentals in Frata

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Zorica was a fantastic host. She gave wonderful recommendations that she tailored specifically for our family, including great suggestions of beaches and water activities for our children. She even recommended a lovely village and restaurant to stop at on the way to our next location. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything that we required, with air conditioning in the main rooms and a lovely pool. We would definitely recommend this house and host and it was great to visit such a beautiful area of Croatia. Thank you.

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The amenities are in great condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would be happy to come back.

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The surrounding area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. At the pool, we couldn't figure out where to heat it, but we were always in the hot tub anyway. A perfect place to stay for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

The place was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, would gladly come again.

We had a wonderful time at Suzana's vacation home! The house is in a very quiet area – perfect for relaxing. The large pool is a real highlight, as is the fantastic view of the surrounding area. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired – everything has really been thought of. We would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the great and loving communication with Miranda (lady on site, who does the key handover and you can ask anything at any time) The only small "critique": The grill is a little small – for grill fans maybe good to know. There are shops in the village or about 20 minutes away (Plodine, Spar, Konzum, etc.). The sea is also only about 20 minutes away by car. Overall, absolutely recommended – we will definitely be back!

As can be seen on the map, the cottage is located in a small village relatively away from big cities or the coast. Nevertheless, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and attractions in the immediate vicinity. The house is freestanding with a large plot of land, which means there are no directly adjacent neighbors. The outdoor area is top out with lounge-chairs, jacuzzi, gas grill and terrace with seating. There is also parking is available right in front of the house. The interior design also leaves nothing to be desired: all rooms are fully equipped (small hairdryer available against the description), offer enough storage space and were found very clean. For purposes such as cooking, washing and cleaning, everything you need is also available at the house. The two hosts, Nenad and Valentina, are very friendly and helpful and gave us direct tips on the area and the accommodation after the key handover. They were always available to answer any questions. All in all, a top stay with a very good price. We were very happy to have chosen this place. Clear recommendation.

Nice apartment separate from main house with holiday apartments. Not super airy because it’s on the ground floor but totally ok for a few nights and you have a lovely private terrace. Liked the German 80s charm. City beach and old town of Porec in walking distance. Good communication and helpful host (didn’t meet Branko but his wife).

The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Great beds. Mladen is a nice and customer-friendly host. Thanks for the refreshing welcome drink!

Beautiful apartment with garden in the countryside. Recommendation.

It was just perfect - we had a problem with the car so we had to check in a bit early, wich wasn't a problem at all. The villa is super equipped and specially the garden with pool, table tennis, golf, jacuzzy, outdoor kitchen and an amazing view is so so good - we spent our entire stay outside in the sun :) When we got home, we noticed that we forgot a watch - we got in contact with Sabina, she looked for it and sent it to us immediately. Thank you so much for that :)

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed the week at Dina's place. Dina was always available and gave us great tips for the area. The outdoor area was wonderful, even for our dog, as there was always enough shade. In the village, there is a great restaurant and a small grocery store.

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Everything was great! This house is located in a very remote place. Almost nobody could disturb you here, only birds. There are many trees and plants around. Additionally, I would like to highlight nice running rotes nearby. The only problem is the restaurants around. Although they are located ~2 km away, the extremely loud music from them at night can be very annoying

The accommodation is easy to reach and there are super many opportunities to do things around the place. There is plenty of variety from the aquapark to the high ropes course and many beautiful beaches. Irene's house is very modern and super equipped, nothing is missing! The communication was easy and very friendly! We recommend both Irene as a host and the house in Vabriga. Thank you for our beautiful family holiday with you.

We had a wonderful week in Igor's little house. The typical Croatian stone house has been lovingly restored and designed. However, it has been upgraded with contemporary standards. For example, a well-functioning air conditioning and perfect WiFi are available. Everything necessary for everyday life is available in the house. The large garden is fenced and is completed by a covered romantic outdoor seating area with barbecue and sink. Our three dogs also felt very comfortable. As an Igor's guest, you get free access to the Laterna camping resort, where beaches, water slides and everything is offered. For people who want less hustle, there are natural beaches nearby, which offer quiet sunbathing and swimming pleasure. Igor is reliable and helpful. He is available and supportive to his guests. Everything was just suited! Thanks to Igor for the wonderful days, we would come back any time.

Staying at Holiday House Romano was an absolutely wonderful experience. The host showed exceptional attention to every detail when decorating the apartment – everything was tasteful, functional and with a lot of style. It felt like a home away from home, but with a touch of luxury. Cleanliness, comfort and a quiet location further complemented the impression. Everything you need is within reach. A warm recommendation to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation. Rating: 10/10 – we would love to come back!
