We had such a great stay at this Airbnb in Idaho Springs! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short drive from Denver but tucked away enough to feel like a true mountain retreat. The home was cozy, clean, and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the thoughtful touches like the fully stocked kitchen, with snacks and bottle a of wine, soft linens, and extra blankets for chilly nights. The views from the deck were incredible—perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night. It was the ideal base for exploring nearby trails, hot springs, and local shops. Downtown Idaho Springs is super cute and just a few minutes away, with great dining options and a relaxed, small-town feel. Our host was responsive and welcoming, with clear instructions and helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Everything about the experience felt easy and relaxing, which is exactly what we were hoping for. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Jennifer’s cabin was clean and beautiful. Great location and easy to drive to Granby or downtown Grand Lake. Very welcoming to pets and I’m looking forward to visiting her cabin again in the future!

Great place, as advertised. Very clean, comfortable beds/living spaces. Commanding view of Lake Granby and sunrises from the beautiful deck. The emergency backup coffee pot (although not needed/used) was a blessing to see given that life only begins after coffee.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at 48 Overlook Drive!! The house had all the accomodations needed for a comfortable vacation. The home felt cozy and the views were spectacular! The drive was relaxing getting to the mountain top! Austin, made sure we had everything we needed. We recommend this space for anyone looking for mountain views, not far from many scenic cities.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming mountain cabin! It was even better than we expected cozy, beautifully kept, and full of character. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like a hidden gem tucked away in nature. Check-in was super easy, and Scott was a fantastic host friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. My family was visiting from Mexico, and they all completely fell in love with the cabin and the peaceful surroundings. It made our weekend truly special. Thank you Scott!

We had a great stay! Loved the place, the views were amazing! Out of all the places we have stayed this place is our families favorite! Heather was a great host, left us a welcome basket, and wine. We had some issues driving in town and Heather helped us even after hours! She was very helpful!

Great place for our ski trip to Granby! Comfortable setup for 4 adults, well equipped kitchen to cook at home, cozy fireplace and board games as well. The location was close to town for dinner and also easy to get to any downhill or nordic ski nearby. If you’re a light-sensitive sleeper, bring a sleep mask as the upper sections of the bedroom windows are not covered by the curtains. Very nice to have a hot tub a short walk away and we were lucky to get there when no one else was there. Would come back!

We had a great stay. Felt right at home! We loved playing board games each night after the day of skiing and we loved having the kitchen to make breakfasts in before a day on the mountain. We loved the book to see where other visitors were from and I meant to fill it out our last night and just realized I forgot to 😫. We also met a little resident deer each day, she was so pretty and we loved to see her so close.

This home was exactly as described and we loved listening to the water. They also had all the essentials that we needed! 10/10!

We loved staying here and would definitely go back! Beautiful home with stunning views. We had 7 adults, 3 kids, 2 infants and had plenty of room for us all! Never felt crowded. The hot tub was great, the amount of parking was perfect with use of the garage, the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The beds were all super comfortable and the provided toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) was a really nice touch. The host company was quick to respond when we had a question about the WiFi and let us check in a little early which was so nice! Grand Park Rec Center was so much fun if you’re going up with kids! Cheap day passes and a fun pool with a great slide. Overall a wonderful stay!

We will definitely be back to Sun outdoors. After a long day out they offered so many activities that kept our kids entertained while we enjoyed ourselves and the fantastic view. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

I reserved this property for a family getaway and it exceeded our expectations. The view was beautiful and the host was very responsive to all questions. I recommend this for a family getaway for sure!

It was amazing to stay in the A-Frame. Cozy and a wonderful retreat from life. We stayed while it snowed and Stephen was super commutative and even came to drop off a new water filter when we needed it. The space was lovely, and welcoming. A perfect place for an outdoors person, but also a place for more of a homebody to feel comfortable as well.

Noelle was an awesome host. Her home is an adorable cabin like atmosphere with a newer kitchen completely stocked with anything you could ever need. It is walking distance to the lake and has a beautiful deck and gas grille. Beds are very comfortable as well as pillows. Neighborhood is safe, however some homes are beautiful and others are a bit run down. This home was perfect for our needs. She also welcomes dogs and our golden retriever absolutely loved being able to go down to the lake so easily. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Noelle

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property for two months, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The views of the Continental Divide are absolutely breathtaking. The panoramic views down the Fraser valley towards the Winter Park Ski Resort were just as impressive and made for the perfect backdrop as we relaxed after a day of skiing. The home had a warm and inviting feel, with eclectic decorations that gave the place a lot of character and charm. The space felt very cozy, but was also incredibly comfortable for all our guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook up some great meals, which was a huge plus. Another plus was the heated garage. We didn’t have to scrape off the car after a storm! While the location feels remote and peaceful, it’s conveniently close to the ski resorts, shopping, and other attractions in Winter Park, Fraser, and Granby. The whole experience was warm, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway.

What a beautiful and cozy home in a wonderful location. The home provided everything we needed. Caroline was a great host proving us with detailed info prior to arrival and checked in on us during our stay. Great access to trails and fishing. We had a moose visit us during our stay which was awesome!

This cabin was perfect for two couples and could have held more. It is in an ideal location for winter fun in RMNP and/or Winter Park area. It was cozy, clean, and charming. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and the small fenced area in back was great for our pup.

My friend and I stayed in the tack room cabin for a couple days during the off-season… while the actual cabin was small, that was more than made up for by the multiple fire pits, the game room, and the section out back with the canal. Our host was kind, gave us great food and recreation recommendations, and we found that it was extremely easy to drive to anywhere around the region for anything we could want to do!
