A beautifully memorable vacation!!! We loved gathering together at this house and making it a home for the week. The pool and hot tub were used everyday (with the exception of one day that we gave the hot tub a break to get its clarity back). We used all the kitchen had to offer. It had essentially everything we needed (consider bringing your own pitcher if you want to make sweet tea or something else). The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept well. Finally, the community was extremely welcoming and we got so many waves and smiles as we would do our daily walk. Definitely worth the price and we would absolutely book again for our next family summer vacation!

We LOVE this place! It’s our second year coming here.. our family including all 4 of our boys wanted to come back! It’s just the perfect house to go to if you want a private place to hang out with family. The pool and the outside is perfect.. it’s honestly a little nicer than the photos show. They even had snacks and toys for all four of our boys! It was so sweet and my kids got so excited when they saw them. And ate ALL the snacks! 😆 Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed for all the cooking we did! We will probably try and come back again next summer! 😊

We stayed here because it was close to the venue where our son got married. The house was everything we needed for the week. Lots of room to spread out. The back yard/patio/pool is great. Lots of amenities and I love when light switches are labeled. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here!

We enjoyed our stay here - pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Debra was very responsive to any question I had of her, and check in/check out instructions were clear. The house rules and info were well organized and complete. Would recommend!

Loved staying here for the Indy 500! Place is beautiful and relaxing, and very close to Fountain Square and everything you would want to do downtown. Kelly was amazing and even let us stay a bit after checkout since no other guests were coming! Would definitely recommend!!

Brad’s place was beautiful and well-appointed. Brad has thoughtfully included everything you could possibly need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near shopping, to include a grocery store. Our family stayed here for the Indy 500 race, and it was a great location for traveling to the track quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt at home. The house was immaculately clean, the beds were super comfortable. I really loved the 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are lovely. Esp. the master suite. TV in all rooms. The house was exactly like the pictures. It was bright, airy, & spacious. I loved how the natural sunlight shines through the house. Love the tall ceiling, my husband is tall. The kitchen is gorgeous. The blue aesthetics throughout the house is beautiful. The sofa is comfortable & roomy. The pictures on the wall are a very nice touch & goes well with the scheme of the house. The patio and back yard are beautiful and comfortable. I loved the patio door and the fact that you can have it open with the screen closed and enjoy the outside while staying inside. We were close to downtown Indy. The house next door looked familiar from my booking search. I noticed at the bottom of our reservation that it is theirs as well. So if you are looking for a gorgeous house or 2, book with RJ and Denise, you’ll love it too.

This place was perfect for me and my partner for a weekend get away to the pride parade! It was as described, well stocked kitchen and a very cozy atmosphere! only complaints are the bedroom door hinges were caked with paint so it didnt latch fully, the kitchen didnt have salt pepper or oil like the listing said it would, and the hanging lights on the side of the bed flickered slightly like a strobe light when turned on so we couldn't use them. (this could ne fixed by having the correct bulbs in the fixtures, the lights are on a dimmer switch while the bulbs aren't dimmer bulbs) Honestly not enough to take off a star but I felt worth mentioning. otherwise we have a great stay!

It was a wonderful stay. Guisselle was extremely responsive and took immediate care of each of our questions. It’s a lovely place to stay and was hassle-free.

Fantastic stay! Cannot recommend this place enough. It’s in the best area. Close to anything you could possibly want to do. Everything was perfect, the amenities were amazing. Privacy was awesome. Hosts were super friendly & responsive & incredibly helpful. I cannot wait to plan our next stay & enjoy this perfect home away from home. 💕

We had a great time at the Core Cottage. Walkable to lots of great spots, very clean inside, and we appreciated the items available in the pantry and fridge for making breakfasts.

The front gate had been previously broken -which was a small bummer- but what a great peaceful Property. We set up temporary pens for our dogs and on the evenings was able to enjoy a lovely stay. House stayed cool Kitchen was beyond lovely- was a little jealous for that stove top! We had three cars and parking was easy-once we all decided how best to park (I had a large van). Courtney was super accommodating for our dogs (show dogs) Neighborhood was generally quiet and everything was well kept Indiana roads.. well…… lol… no big deal! A small fire pit would have been.. AMAZING… but that’s okay … safety ;) We thoroughly enjoyed the property- and hope to be back again!

Eli was a wonderful host, care for our staying very well, responded promptly and with all his care. The house is pleasant to stay, the neighbourhood is quiet and we felt safe with my girls. I recommend his place for everyone! 💕

The house was as described, well-stocked and well-maintained. There were some minor hiccups, like the outdoor lights not being connected to the smart control and the air conditioner struggled to keep up in the heat wave. However, these were not big enough issues for us to contact the property manager, so we didn't give them a chance to address. But other than that the house was great, comfortable with lots of towels and comfortable bedding. The treehouse deck was fantastic!

What an experience! I've been staying on Airbnb for years, but this one has it all. The house is a beautiful little one, and Heather's attention to detail was beyond welcoming, including personalized decor about the race, snacks, and sweets! Plus, it's a very clean and practical place. Definitely this stay upgraded our first Indy 500 attendance. WE LOVED THIS PLACE. Thank you, Heather.

It is just as described and well kept. The queen bed is on the floor so if you have issues getting up and down, be aware of that. The seating is cute but not comfortable. Good water pressure for showering, well equipped kitchen, nice appliances. There was always a street parking spot when we were there but they didn't appear to be exclusive. The kids liked the record player novelty but the music selection was lacking to say the least. Because of the kids, we chose to move some of the suggestive books that were available to a drawer for the stay. We were 10 minutes to the Children's Museum and 5 minutes from the Muray Theater. Very convenient and cozy.

This place was very cute and exactly as described. The amenities and the space was perfect for my family of five, and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The only “issue” was the sounds from the downstairs guest which others have already mentioned but even then, it wasn’t severe enough to not give this place a 5 star review. We highly recommend this airbnb and host!

Marco was great. He was flexible with us being able To check in a little early with our schedule. Beautiful place!

Tyler was super accommodating of my need for an early check in due to a house fire. He was very, very responsive for anything needed and helpful with any response provided. This rental is in a great location with plenty of parking. I work from home and the WiFi worked great. The duplex is very old and the floors and stairs are very creaky... not a problem for me at all… but If you have light sleeping kids or a baby, just be aware of that! :) I slept in the room with the king bed and the bed was comfortable and a ceiling fan which is a plus. Loved the washer and dryer option for a longer stay, too. I definitely was thankful to have this rental for the 15 days that I did! Also love a pet friendly stay. Overall, I’d recommend! Little to no complaints.
