Monthly Rentals in Franklin

This historic house in Franklin was perfect for our family of six while we were in town for a wedding at Forever Farm (beautiful location). Jonie and Ryan were prompt while exchanging messages. The house was clean and stocked with many amenities, making our stay comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials (most important, coffee!). We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood during our stay. We also visited the Oil City Library and Grove Hill Cemetery. We ate dinner at Country Grub and breakfast at Baked Goods From Heaven and Woods & River Coffee. Thanks again for hosting us; we truly had a wonderful time!

Our Cousins Getaway Weekend at the cabin was extraordinary in all ways!! We were thrilled with the accommodations and have never stayed in a cleaner, more well apportioned space. The cabin is welcoming, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable! It was the perfect location for a weekend of cycling, sewing, and relaxing! We appreciated Stephanie’s hospitality and her thoughtful communications before, during, and at the end of our trip. We were also very grateful to Stephanie’s husband for going out of his way on a rainy day to deal with a trash situation. Stephanie and Rand were excellent hosts and we will definitely check the dates available when planning our next adventure to the area!

Our stay was beyond expectations! The host is very friendly and responsive. The Drew Barrymore kitchen appliances were so pretty and easy to use! Coffee and waffle mixes were provided which get extra brownie points in my book. Very pet friendly. Our corgi loved it! Doggy poop bags and bowls for food and water were provided. I will say if you do have a dog that likes to chase critters, to keep your eye out because bunnies were out every morning. There are houses all around but we never saw or heard any of the neighbors. The couch and beds were very comfortable. The house heated and cooled very well. When I am back visiting family again I will for sure check this places availability for the next time!

My wife and I visited Oil City for the first time to ride bike on the rail trails. (Great trails, we highly recommend). We stayed in Herons Landing. What a great experience we had thanks to Erin! She is so freindly and a great host. Her coffee shop Woods and River Coffee Shop is right downstairs under the apoartment, where she would greet us most mornings. There, we found delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Both were incredible! She made us feel right at home and also gave good recommendations on where to eat for dinner around town. The apartment is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. We look forward to staying again!
