Plenty of wood work and a gorgeous stone fireplace in the center of the living room. The house is located only 2m from a boat launch on the Allegheny River, yet just 10m from WalMart. Come enjoy a peaceful stay in the great outdoors! Hiking, fishing, bike riding and more! If you're looking for serenity, this is it!

First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.
