Monthly Rentals in Franklin

It was lovely staying at Adriana’s place. Secure parking and super helpful instructions- with photos - that made checking in easy. The place was clean and warm. Great for a mini get away. Close to Canberra’s light rail and to main shopping district. There were also flyers in the table with recommendations for things to do in Canberra.

We had a great stay, it was the perfect place for us to stay in temporarily before moving into a new house. Great location next to a Woolies, and being able to access the tram was very convenient to get to the city. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Handy location right at a tram stop with a supermarket across the road. We needed to stay in the Gungahlin region and Daniel’s place was perfect. Bright, airy, well appointed apartment at a very affordable price. We appreciated the laundry liquid provided with the washing machine, with a clothes rack as well as a dryer. Be aware that the Second bedroom has no external window which was OK for our weekend as we were out most of the time, but it’s good to know for longer stays if light and fresh air are important factors. The AC worked great.

Have stayed here three times now with my partner and each time has been perfect. Its a great location, the amenities are amazing (we did need to bring little heaters but because the flat is so cozy it doesn’t take long for the whole place to warm up!!) we’ve stayed there in winter and summer and its been perfect both times. everything is incredibly tidy!!
