Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Frankfort

we stayed at the blue house for a music festival and it was amazing just how it was pictured and there was a train like it says in the description but it didn’t bother me i am a heavy sleeper but it never woke me up once i loved the fire pit and the fenced in backyard for our dog! 10/10 i will be staying there again if we go back!

We stayed a few days with friends to mix bourbon tours with relaxing and Bobbie’s house and hospitality could not have been better. From the moment we walked in to the incredibly clean, well decorated home where no detail seemed to be missed our expectations were exceeded. Every detail was thought of from a well-stocked coffee bar, to incredibly detailed instructions for where spare supplies were, pamphlets for local attractions, books on the area, well stocked bathrooms and laundry. We truly could have simply showed up with our clothes and groceries and all other details; including bourbon samples were taken care of. If we could score Bobbie and their place higher we would. Bobbie is definitely a Super Host. Joe

Our stay at Atoka Farm went above and beyond expectations! Kevin was there to escort us in at the gate and explained everything about the beautiful home and surroundings to make us feel “ right at home”. He was very pleasant and easy to talk with and made sure we had questions answered. The kitchen had everything needed and more for meal planning. The home was immaculately clean and decorated to feel homey. I would definitely recommend Atoka Farm as a 5 star Air B&B and a must to stay at if ever traveling in the area!

Bourbon Central was extremely cozy and comfortable. The check in process was super easy, Brian was very responsive if we had any concerns or questions, he was transparent, and he was very informative of things to do or places to visit. Hoping to come stay again someday!

The house was perfect, plenty of space, great sleeping areas, the 2 full bathrooms worked out great, we loved the dining room table as it was perfect to play games on with plenty of seats. The kitchen had everything you would need. Great outdoor space with hot tub , lounging areas, yard games, patio & deck. Plenty of street parking, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, pubs in the area. I would recommend this home to those visiting the Louisville area as it was close to a lot of fun places.

Overall great stay ! Exactly as described from the hot tub down to the amenities in the house. Very peaceful area and very easy to get to many area attractions! Thank you Joe !

we had a wonderful stay the lake was a plus it was very quiet and peaceful and was able to fish. the house was spotless and cozy and felt like you were at home we had several games that we could play inside and outside in the hot tub was also a plus I'm very cool nights..we will be back.. hostess was very helpful easy place to find and we seen many deer

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this is by far one of our favorites. The entire house and property are absolutely gorgeous. The rolling hills and pastoral views are incredible. This is one of those houses that you will definitely want to stay at again. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! Jon Seitz

we almost were not about to return and book with Air B n B but...David absolutely changed that and turned our past awful experience right side up!!! During a extremely busy weekend and sold out everywhere weekend , he was available and even let us check in early!!! we couldn't get over just how peaceful stress-free and felt like honestly we were at our home! they didn't hover or intrude . Will return !!

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and so close to many historical points in Lexington. Anything you could have thought of they had it provided in the apartment it was very well stocked. Will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a great time at this location. There was this great place down the road with shops, eateries, a lovely coffee place. It was in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable , and we felt right a home. There was even a small porch with a table and chairs.

We had a great stay. The apartment was nicely furnished, mattresses were very comfortable, and Michael was great. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood a short walk to a handful of nice bars and restaurants. I will definitely see if i can stay here again on my next visit to Louisville.

The place was gorgeous and very clean! We felt safe and right at home. Ben was super nice and the entire process was smooth. We would definitely use again!

This was a great place to stay - great value, friendly & communicative host and only a short drive into Richmond and the surrounding area. The Airbnb itself was clean, spacious and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Ann’s attention to detail and personalized touches made this stay our favorite of the trip. In fact, my group continuously referred to Ann by name as if we knew her because she had taken such care to instruct us and leave little notes. It was the gold star standard of stays!

My boyfriend and I visited this place for a couple of days for work and had a great experience. The place was clean and exactly as described. We appreciated the parking in the back of the building, which kept our vehicle off the street. The bed and pillows were clean and incredibly comfortable. There was no noise disturbance, and there is a fan in the bedroom if needed. We will definitely book again if it is available for future needs.
