Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Frankfort

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the layout worked well for us to have our own space. The home was charming, well-kept, and fulfilling for our needs. There was a comment made about the openness of the windows, but we did not feel this was of issue as the neighboring homes were distant and the remote vibe did not lend any safety concerns so I wouldn't give it concern as you may read the reviews. Toni was responsive each step along the way during the trip. The location in proximity to Four Roses was a stone throw -- and getting to Frankfort to enjoy Buffalo Trace was a short distance away -- as was getting to Woodford Reserve. The hot tub was a signature offering, as some of the guests have one so it was nice to enjoy away this amenity while on the trip. All the essentials we needed were there. The only opportunity would be making the guest resource book more clear and visible, as it was somewhat tucked away and inconspicuous. Overall, highly recommend.

The house and location were wonderful! Our daughter got married at Castle & Key so we were very close to the venue, and the open concept kitchen, dining, and living space were perfect for getting ready and family time. Thank you for helping make a special weekend even better!

Lauren’s home was extraordinary. The view overlooking the river was gorgeous. The patio and even the neighborhood cat were some of our favorite memories. The house itself was spotless and so inviting. My only regret was I didn’t book a longer stay! All her recommendations were spot on. There was so much to experience within a 15-20 minute radius. We most definitely will be staying here again.

Bourbon Central was extremely cozy and comfortable. The check in process was super easy, Brian was very responsive if we had any concerns or questions, he was transparent, and he was very informative of things to do or places to visit. Hoping to come stay again someday!

Nice quiet place with a great view. Good spot for a large crew with plenty of room. If you are exploring Frankfort and places like Buffalo Trace, it's in a perfect location.

Had a blast. The zip line was a hit for the girls. They loved feeding horses. It was a great get away. We definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Lexington.

This was our second stay so that should tell you how much we thought of our first stay. This location is close to several cities with museums, restaurants, parks and historical locations. Some of our favorites include Abbey of Gethsemane, Sisters of Loreto, Big Bull Steakhouse and Bardstown Community Park. Jill and Matthew are meticulous and respond so quickly to answer questions or make recommendations. We highly recommend their Schoolhouse and will be back soon.

This beautiful spot was exactly what we needed for our biking getaway weekend. Jeanne was quick to help out when we had questions and was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

We had a great time and loved to get to be away from the city! Sharon was great and showed us all her animals and even let us feed her bunny!!

What a beautiful Kentucky countryside home away from home! Everything was lovely and spit spot; thank you for sharing your home suite, so that we could spend time with our family in the area.

The host was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They not only provided so much useful information about the home and area but gave customized information, worked with us for an early check-in and checked on us after we arrived. She's super friendly and the home is great. With the 2 rules being take off shoes and have fun... it was a great place and somewhere we would certainly stay again if we're in the area.

Stayed for two night for a wedding, the place was very clean, amenities as described, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. My dogs, partner and I had a great time walking to nearby parks. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here and it was the perfect location for our family Easter! I truly can’t say enough great things about this cabin and the owners! It was very clean and well appointed with anything you need and the owners were very accommodating and kind! They helped with a couple requests, including a pack and play and high chair. We were able to cook a large Easter dinner with the stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. The property is very serene with plenty of privacy and great options for hiking around. The location is also not too far to get to the grocery store and restaurants. Lastly, the pool table and hot tub were a hit! We highly recommend to stay here and know we will definitely be back for another stay!

We loved our time at the Gopher Wood cabin! It was a great spot to unwind after our busy days at the Ark Encounter (20 min drive) and the Creation Museum (1 hour drive). The bird watching was on point and the valley was very peaceful. The place was just like the pictures, and everything was very clean. We would stay there again!

We found Carolyn’s place to be peaceful. The view of the lake is beautiful from the back porch. The house is clean. We were communicated with very well. She even checked to make sure we arrived okay and asked if we needed anything. She gave great instructions on finding the house. We would recommend this home to others if they are looking for a peaceful stay. The house is not far from some great distilleries as that is one of the reasons we came to visit. The surrounding areas are incredibly beautiful. Grocery stores are not far as well. We would visit again.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! Beautiful little Cabin with so much history inside. Full kitchen, Cozy living area, sleep number bed was very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, so many flowers, plants, trees, just perfections and very quiet. Tammy and Jane greeted us as we checked in and showed us around. Tammy also made us breakfast every morning, fresh and homemade and even a to go basket on our last morning. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We were visiting for the derby and wished we had more time to enjoy this little peace of beauty!

We had such a great stay at Scott’s place! The house was super clean and comfortable. The location was so relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Thank you Scott for such a great stay! We will absolutely be back.

the place is better than it looks on the pictures I think you do feel right at home I walked in and it even smelled nice. this place is great she has been so kind to me she has worked with me I accidentally damaged some property and working with their family was fantastic no judgment or anger. Any question I had she got back with me within a 1 to 2 hour time period sooner most of the time actually. you will love it I don't need to know what you're looking for you could be looking for anything in a stay and you'll find it here.

We had a great time, the place was in secluded area far from noise, except for cows mooing in the distance, birds chirping and wind blowing through the trees...very peaceful. We traveled around the area, when to Paris for lunch. Our dog loved all the room to roam about the property.

This property was perfect for our families stay. Very secluded and peaceful. We had three young grandchildren with us and the wraparound porch acted as an outdoor play area for the kids , allowing the adults to sit in the deck chairs and enjoy the river view. It was also very pet friendly with a fenced in yard. They also provided food and water dishes for our pet. We will definitely stay there again.
