Everything was perfect for us, a very well-kept, lovingly furnished house with a fantastic garden. The house and the garden invite you to linger. You can take many great hikes in the area. Annette always responds very quickly and kindly. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Beautifully located cottage in a quiet, small vacation resort with direct access to hiking trails and a great view. The decor is really nice and the bathroom is brand new and modern. Definitely recommended for a quiet getaway, even if the price is a bit high in my opinion.

Very nice, superbly furnished chalet with attention to detail. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern yet cozy decor, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)

On a whim, the three of us spent 2 days in Manfred's beautifully located house, quiet with amazing views. From there, we could take wonderful excursions in the area. We immediately felt very comfortable, house and property are clean and lovingly cared for. Bathroom very small with shower. Bedroom small and friendly furnished, kitchen offers everything you need (hot water takes a long time..) A kind of winter garden invites you to linger in the evening. Absolutely recommended for people with a love of nature in a beautiful retreat.

The accommodation was completely clean upon arrival and the beds neatly made. Almost everything speaks for itself. The city center is within walking distance and if you walk down the driveway you have a view of Winterberg. Olaf was very friendly and offered us a place to store the mountain bikes. All in all, it was great!

Super nice! Idyllic, large meadow by the house great for ball games or frisbee, several streams by the house + various cozy spots. Inside everything is very tasteful, nice mix of old + new, many wooden beams, very different room heights. Upstairs 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Toilet on the first floor would be more practical, especially as the stairs are a little special, just an old building. The remains of the former mill right by the house ensure a clearly audible permanent splashing. But you don't hear any cars driving by at some distance. Directly around the house there are only meadows, water, trees, fields and the neighboring house with 2 (?) other apartments. Many beautiful views. Brilon can be reached in 5 minutes by car, but you feel very nice for yourself due to the valley location. Weak Wi-Fi, which is noticeable when, for example, streaming music and using the library. Good coffee machine. Despite all the small criticisms or ideas for improvement: we felt very comfortable!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house corresponds to the description. Charm and coziness surpass these. Everything fits together wonderfully. We lived with our three dogs as a couple in the house, friends rented the smaller apartment at the house. Everything was clean, cozy and well equipped. We were able to walk away from the house with the dogs, the surroundings offer beautiful hiking opportunities. Since we arrived later than planned, check-in via the key box was perfect. Nevertheless, Helene inquired whether we arrived well. You feel absolutely welcome! We will be happy to come back!

Heinz and his wife are really hospitable and nice, even they don’t speak English, still I felt it so warmly to talk with them

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

It was an incredibly nice and sparkling clean, cozily furnished cottage. A hidden gem Everything was available. The hostess was particularly friendly and helpful. The area is beautifully beautiful. Suitable for various outdoor sports and hiking tours. Highly recommended! We will definitely go back again.

We spent an extended weekend with 13 people in this beautiful cottage. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super satisfied and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The creek in particular was a highlight. We will be happy to come back.

We had a nice few days at Pete's farm. After personal welcome and introduction to the stoves, we kept it nice and warm ourselves. There was a small fleet for the kids as well as lunches with the animals. Outside it was very cold all the nicer was the warm fire inside. With 6 children & 3 adults, we had more space than necessary. A successful change from the gray city of everyday life.

The house in a secluded location is ideal for larger groups. In the garden you could comfortably grill and the pavilions were a good shade dispenser in warmer temperatures. Everything you need for an optimal stay was available in the house. Check-in and check-out went smoothly through the lockbox. If the opportunity arises, we'll be happy to come back.

The accommodation was very tasteful and decorated with care and love. Silke is an extremely warm, friendly and hospitable lady who is happy to talk to you and finds it important that you feel at home.

We stayed there for a week and enjoyed every day. Super cute cottage with wonderful views of the valley. We had everything we needed. The atmosphere in the cottage was so nice and cozy. If we had had more time, we would probably have stayed longer. Communication with the hostess was also great. A very warm person. We recommend this cottage to anyone. You should only be on foot as it is very nice and quiet on the slope 😊

The accommodation is extremely well-equipped. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. Definitely recommended. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

Second time we stayed here as we had some family things to sort out in Frankenberg. Had a great stay. Comfy and well equipped apartment and close to shops and restaurants. Timo is a great host, providing all the information you need.

Very friendly, quiet hosts who greet their guests in person, great! The apartment is really very spacious. Someone who wants to enjoy absolute peace is in the best hands at this place... not quite true, once a day the church bell rings at 7:00 am :-)

We loved the apartment. We felt right at home. The bedding was cozy and smelled fresh. The box-spring bed is super comfortable, as is the sofa bed in the living room. Towels and toilet paper were sufficiently available. Also coffee, spices, oils etc. in the kitchen. We particularly liked the small garden and the quiet of the area. Shopping is sufficiently available in the town. In a few minutes you are at Lake Edersee. Thanks Licinio for the wonderful stay!

The accommodation was great - exactly as described and shown in the photos. We booked at very short notice and yet everything was ready when we arrived 20 minutes later. Even a treat for the dog was ready :) The communication was great and very friendly. Unfortunately, we did not get to know Matthias, but Britta. She was warm, friendly and welcomed us very kindly. All in all, we felt very comfortable.
