Charming Hillside Country Home

This beautiful mid-century house was designed and built by my father. My husband’s parents, Amy and Bob, bought it from my parents’ estate and renovated it. It is filled with light, books and original art. Being inside feels like being outside. It is furnished much as it was when my in-laws moved out, with many of Amy’s paintings. It is not a new or fancy house, but it is authentic and quite a splendid example of mid-century architecture! I hope that you love it as much as I love to share it!

This house is located just down the road from the town park and walking distance to the riverside rentals. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.

This house is on a well but there are filters and softeners in place.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Francesville is known as a "small town with a big heart". We are located within driving distance of Indiana State Parks, Fish and Wildlife Areas, Indiana Beach, and so much more! There is no electric vehicle charging station at our property.
