The other part, totally separate, is occupied by the owner. View of the Seine and the Regional Park (cherry port), its lakes and its marina. You will enjoy a drink on the deck of the boat, the swans will visit you! The train station is 5 minutes on foot RER C & D (Registration No. 19-2024)

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This houseboat is rented as a river cottage; it won't be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi while staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
