My wife and I stayed here for two nights over the weekend while attending a nearby wedding, and absolutely loved it. The place itself is beautiful – full of charm, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning countryside. It felt very private and wholesome, like a perfect little retreat. Kirstie was brilliant – extremely responsive, kind, and helpful throughout. You can tell they really care about the space and their guests. We also loved meeting her lovely dogs! Everything was clean, well thought out, and comfortable, with lovely touches that made it feel like a home away from home - thanks for the brownies and breakfast! We’d happily return and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a tranquil, characterful place to stay in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the annexe was so well presented and a gorgeous place for a peaceful weekend. Kitchen was well stocked in terms of pots and pans/crockery/appliances etc so very easy to cook for yourself. Location is stunning, great for a long walk by the river. The house had all the little touches that were very thoughtful like a welcome booklet, some tea and coffee, hairdryer etc. Overall Melody was a lovely host and we had a great time!

A beautiful location. Extremely peaceful which was perfect for us as we needed to rest before a wedding and recover afterwards! Spectacular view to lift the spirits and a beautiful garden. The bothy was charming. Spotless, prettily furnished, and on a cold wet June evening was quickly warmed up with very efficient heating. Just what we needed. Paul welcomed us and was on hand if needed. Otherwise we had total privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay with Sydney who was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and very clean and in a great location for walking into Ross or visiting the surrounding area. Syd gave us lots of local recommendations and made sure we had a fantastic stay.
