The villa is located in a large garden of about 3,500 square meters, in which there are trees of different types (olive trees, pines, almond trees, oranges, lemons, pears, apples, figs, etc.). There are several aromatic herbs (mint, rosemary, sage, bay leaf), myrtle bushes and various flowers. From the balconies and the living room on the first floor you can enjoy a wide SEA VIEW, which extends for most of the Gulf of Angels, or the Gulf of Cagliari and Quartu Sant'Elena.

Our house is located on a hill with a super panoramic sea view, about 300 meters from the sea, ideal for a relaxing vacation immersed in the cool of the Mediterranean scrub, the territory is nature wilderness.
