THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Welcome to our lovely farm! Enjoy the tranquility and view, and have a cozy time with the goats, chickens, ducks and the cat. Past the farm, there are beautiful hiking trails and by car it is 10 minutes to wonderful beaches along the lake Lygnern. In the nearby area, there are forests and fields that invite cross-country running, mushroom and berry picking, and hiking. Nearby are local sourdough bakery and summer restaurant. The country roads invite you to cycle, and the lakes offer fishing opportunities. A small rowboat is available for rent on the nearest lake.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

YOU WILL ARRIVE TO FRESHLY-MADE BEDS WITH TOWELS. So you don't need to bring bed linens. There are toilet paper, coffee filters, hand dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Vika Trollen - Idyllic red cottage by the beach

Cozy cottage located right on the waterfront with a large south-facing terrace. During the summer months, there is a rowboat and a canoe at the private dock as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the dock. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can socialize in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with most things you may need during your vacation, such as a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer.

Welcome to Härkila Tomten in beautiful Sätila. Here you will stay in a super cozy rural cottage with roots from the 18th century. The house is located with the forest just around the corner and with Storån's rich wildlife in front. A great spot for recovery and reflection. The house is completely renovated on the inside and we will eventually also renovate the outside. Bed linens and shower towels are not included but can be added for SEK 120/person.
