I tried making the perfect place for my sister, brother-in-law, two nieces, and their dog, to look forward to staying with me when they come back home to Fort Wayne for visits. Our apartment is 1600 square foot fully furnished basement with 1 bathroom with walk in shower, 1 bedroom with a full sized bed...full living room with 65" TV with surround sound. A full kitchen, with hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. A great quiet location on a caulisack with a nature preserve behind home. The apartment has a separate entry way. Basement is a closed off with door and can be locked for privacy.
