Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. It's a 5 minute drive to the Laughlin casinos or Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave. Experience "The Sundance at Bullhead"!

Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Jodi was the perfect host, the house was amazing for my whole family and pets too. We will definitely stay here again if she will have us. Only thing I wish we had was an umbrella for the backyard to shade. The house had lots of room and was so much better than the pics described. Thank you Jodi for letting our family stay in your home.

Denise is a 5-star hostess. Her beautiful, immaculate home is in a very nice neighborhood and is convenient to shopping, Laughlin and the lake. She is very professional, kind and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend her to anyone renting in the Bullhead area.

An outdoor area features a private hot tub surrounded by a concrete patio and gravel landscaping. A covered pergola provides shade over part of the space, while a corner of the yard holds a gas grill and seating area. The exterior of the home is visible alongside.

Very clean and quiet and all fenced so it was safe to let our dogs out to stretch their legs. Having the covered place to park was also a big plus in an area that gets hot. The location so close to two good places to eat and a quick stop market for snacks and gas was also really convenient. Comfortable beds and everything super clean.

Home is Lovely and owners are more! My family and I Loved the stay we enjoyed it so much like our own home. Cris is very responsive and is very nice. SUPER clean!!! Spotless! I tried my best to leave it as we checked In. It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Stephanie place was awesome right on the river for jet skiing, fishing, kayaking or just hanging out. everyone that we met was very friendly i definitely would recommend this place for a stay.

My sis in law has been coming to this place for couple years. This year me and hubby joined and the spot is nice and clean and the private access to the water is amazing . This is a spot we will continue to come to as long as it’s available. The host messaged with Info ahead of time so had everything we needed before checking in.

It was great we had an amazing time we cannot wait to come back if they have us. Everything was as listed and as seen on pictures. Its a place to just go and relax and have a great time with cool people. We also loved the cleanliness of the cottage, everything was neat and clean.
