Patricia is a great, generous host! Everything went smoothly and the place was perfect I will definitely stay here every time I come to Knoxville, about 6 times per year, 18 -21 days at a time. It was a pleasure to stay as her guest!!!

My daughter and I stayed here for only a few short hours as we drove from AR to NC. We arrived around 1am and left by 8am. It was so comfortable and exactly what we needed after stressful, stormy drive. Also I highly recommend Knead Donuts! They had some amazing, delicious creations.

The best stay I have ever had in downtown Knoxville. Dylan and Suzanne are too notch hosts. They do it right! The recommendations are up to my food snobby standards 😋 The furniture is high end. The art is fantastic. The lighting is great. The bedding, the towels the mattress and pillows are fabulous! It’s just how people should do it! More hosts need to be like this! Will stay many more times in the near future. Can’t wait!

My Friends and I enjoyed our stay, and we will book again. Comfortable beds, beautiful view of the mountains, just a home away from home.

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Dustin Thank you for allowing us to experience your home a great combination of cozy, clean and comfortable. Easy to set up tv and many perks available in the home. It’s all about the little things like the Keurig coffee selections had something for all and absolutely loved the makeup washcloths ! Well thought out for us ladies. Wanted to take home the bed and linens they were super comfortable and plush. The linen closet was well stocked. The back yard is inviting. We turned on the bistro lights under the carport for an extra curb appeal when arriving after hours. So pretty! I could go on and on about the place but Dustin deserves all the credit for giving us a home away from home and being super receptive to all our needs. Hope to return loved our stay. Btw Knoxville rocks!!!

Nice basement 1 bedroom with all the amenities you would need. Host was great and responsive to any questions or concerns. Centrally located and easy to navigate.

This place was perfect for our little vacation. I took my mom because she has Alzheimer’s, and she doesn’t get to go anywhere very often. She did really good, and she didn’t want to leave. The house was so clean and everything looked new. It was quiet, yet close to everything. They had snacks waiting for us, which was so thoughtful. The dog crate was fantastic. I could bring my baby dog and not have to worry about her when we left for the day. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again if it is available.

The home was peaceful, clean, and truly relaxing — exactly what we needed. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the stunning view from the hot tub was unforgettable. Our daughter absolutely loved the farm animals, especially the cows, which made the experience even more special for her. One of our favorite parts was the unique outdoor grain bin setup — the perfect spot to unwind around the fire in the evening. It’s a great mix of rustic charm and comfort. This place is a hidden gem and an ideal retreat if you’re visiting the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area. The hosts were absolutely amazing — friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the right touches. We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful home, kid friendly! Minutes away from the main strip. Definitely home away from home. Check in very easy and the host was wonderful and very detailed. Definitely going back specifically to this property.

Garrett was very friendly, and very responsive! He sent clear instructions on how to get into the house, and even allowed us to drop off a rental car early! The location was very good, close to all oak ridge has to offer, and we really enjoyed the local restaurants, running trails, and beautiful scenery.

Definitely would stay there again in the future!

We have stayed at this resort in the past and it never disappoints! The condos are spacious, the location is great, and there are multiple amenities that are convenient when traveling. We love staying here!

Had a great stay in Gatlinburg! Great spot to use as a homes base for activities in Gatlinburg and close to the national park. As described and looks like the pictures. Had lots of fun during our weekend in Gatlinburg! 🙂

The apartment was very spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of accommodations that were provided, surpassed most that we have experienced with other hosts. The beds were comfy, extra blankets and pillows provided. Parking is easily accessible and safe location. WiFi worked perfectly. No negatives to comment. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Ron & Kathy’s home was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and we had the most incredible stay. The view from the balcony was spectacular and breathtaking. It was the highlight of our morning coffee time. The cabin was so beautifully decorated that we did not want to leave. The place couldn't have been more perfect as far as location to the parkway/strip area! This Airbnb was everything as described and more! The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable, and you could tell every detail had been thoughtfully considered for guest comfort. We highly, highly recommend Ron & Kathy’s home. They were extremely attentive and responsive hosts, always responded promptly and was very helpful with our inquiries prior to arriving. We LOVED our time and we’ve already decided that when we return to Gatlinburg, this is where we will definitely stay.

Great place! Very clean and spacious! On the trolly route so easy to get to town. We loved it ! Only wish i knew that kids were not permitted to go off on thier own on the property. I had two 13 year old boys Otherwise perfect place to stay

A-minute reservation was made while en route from Washington to Dallas for an overnight stay to rest. I had modest expectations, but this establishment felt like home due to its beautiful surroundings. I took a morning run over the bridge. There are numerous restaurants and pubs in close proximity. Parking was conveniently located in front of the building. The host was highly responsive, proactive, and friendly. A five-star rating seems inadequate 😉
