Condo vacation rentals in Fort Loudoun Lake

An excellent apartment at the top of the Appalachians with a stunning view from the balcony. You can take amazing mountain photos right from the parking lot!! The apartment has everything you need — it’s clean, all appliances work, the Wi-Fi is great, there are board games, and the kitchen is fully stocked — the table was even set for the four of us when we arrived. The listing was very clear, but for the few small questions we had, Otto responded quickly, kindly, and precisely. We highly recommend staying here and definitely plan to return to this beautiful apartment in the Smoky Mountains.

Very cozy with great views secluded but close to amenities

The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The cabin and surrounding area were very clean and accessible on arrival. Check in and out instructions were very clear and helpful as well. We would recommend this cabin for any couples looking for a retreat!

The suite and surrounding areas were beautiful and felt very safe. There are many different restaurants within walking distance, and it was great to be able to walk around the UT campus and explore. Downtown Knoxville was only about a 10 minute drive from the suite which was great! Mike is an excellent host, very kind, responsive, and flexible. Both Mike and the suite offered information and recommendations on restaurants and things to do in Knoxville during your stay making things easier to navigate. Highly recommend!

My family and I felt right at home here. We were only there for a short weekend trip, but the photos and descriptions were spot on. Amazingly clean & fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Thank you for the hospitality & quick response to booking. Will definitely book again for future trips to the area!

Overall our stay was great, big enough for the four people we had in our group. Any drive was about 30 minutes away which wasn’t to bad! Quite but that was probably also because we didn’t have anyone in the second part of the house at the time of our trip. 10/10 would recommend!

Great host and the apartment itself was well kept. The building was on the older side, parking was present, but cramped, and there was a little railroad noise. Overall, it met our needs, was very clean and was pretty close to everything. We would stay there again if we needed to be near that area.

Splendid view and perfect location, just a short drive from Gatlinburg! The host was great, but a few updates would make this place even better. Specifically, the sink faucet needed a new one, and some utensils and cooking pots were worn out. Overall, still a great stay, but a few tweaks would make it perfect.

Great place in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Very easy to walk to Market Square in Old City, restaurants, venues, and more. Juliana was very helpful, responsive, and offered recommendations for local hidden gems. Great stay.

We had a great stay at Chuck’s place. It was exactly as described and it was so nice to hear the river that’s literally out the door! Location was perfect as it was right in the center of town and we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes drive from Great Smoky Mountains NP. The only negative thing I can say is that the bathroom and towels had a bit of a musty smell to them. Overall would recommend!

Great place to stay! Close by to all the attractions & restaurants on the strip! Close and easy to get to Dollywood. The condo was quiet, clean, & safe. It felt cozy and homey.

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

We stayed here with our dog, and it was the perfect fit. For walking and going to eat we were able to do it with ease with its location and pricing! The hosts are incredible and super responsive. Would love to come back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Truly right in the heart of Knoxville! It was so cute and homey! The whole condo smelled like fresh clean laundry!!!!!!!! Way better than any hotel we would have picked, very relaxing! It was wonderful

A great find close to everything in Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Temperature was perfect as they had two AC units. Free, easy parking. The unit was stylishly decorated and ww loved the full size mirrors! We visited Anakeesta and Skypark all in one day as well as the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

Was a great spot for a long weekend away from with the family.

We stayed there with our two granddaughters. More than enough room. The 5 yr old loved the bunk bed! We had hoped to see bears like others had but luck was not on our side. We loved being able to get away from the congestion in town to unwind. Very quiet

We enjoyed our stay in this property. We literally had everything we needed and the location was perfect (within 4 miles of all the spots we visited). We were allowed to check in early and responded to every message within minutes. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and will book again if we ever visit the area again.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

Christi’s place was exactly as described! We had a wonderful time exploring the area and we were so close to downtown Gatlinburg and the national park entrance! The view from the dining room and balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The condo was well stocked with towels and amenities. I would absolutely recommend Christi’s condo and we cannot wait to return!
