We love staying here - it is our third visit. It's a great house, in a great spot with everything needed for a wonderful relaxed holiday.

We had a relaxing family getaway at Olas villa #5. The villa is spacious, well appointed, with calming neutral decor and everything you would need for a trip away with family or friends. The plunge pool was refreshing after a long hot day of exploring local surrounds. Birubi beach is a short walk away. My family was delighted with their lovely welcome surprise. Jaymie is a thoughtful host and very responsive.

I'm from Germany and if I read "Villa", I expect more than a big bungalow with just basics. The amenities like the buttons for the spa need replacing, the stove wasn't in best shape either as you need to light it up with a lighter, which is provided. The main bedroom with the large bed was in fact two single mattresses put together, not so nice to sleep on the hard edge when cuddling your partner.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

Property condition was aligned with the description (small remark: the balcony is a bit outdated and might need a renovation soon).. Location is PERFECT for those wanting to explore hunter valley / visit the main wineries in the region. In the morning, if you are lucky you can enjoy kangaroos walking around . Last but not least: friendly and very responsive staff. Worth the visit

We had a great stay in Forster! The house was lovely—very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was just as described. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again

Nice apartment on the vineyard. Well equipped with beautiful views from the deck. Lovely swimming pool and bonus complimentary wine and olive tasting! You can also walk between 2 other wineries and there are other good ones 5 min drive plus a dairy farm! Nice to stay in a new part of the hunter away from the heavily touristy vineyards.

Fantastic location and spotless accommodation! The property was very clean and neat. Beds were comfy and Morpeth only a two min drive away. The only downside was the noisy fridge which could be heard over the TV and with bedroom doors closed. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

We stayed at Jo’s place with my sisters’ family, 4 adults and 3 kids. The property was perfect for us. The 2 main rooms had 2 king sized, comfortable beds and clean bedding. The large loft style area was perfect for the kids, it was set up as 3 single beds and they had their own space to play. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen, laundry and bathroom necessities. There were also books and games available for our use which was really handy. The heated pool was close by, just a short walk up from the property and the water was perfectly warm. We used the pool and spa every day even though it was raining on and off during our stay, as it was covered and very comfortable temperature. Jo provided lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We kept it a pretty chill couple of days with the rain, but would love to explore more the next time we visit. Check in/out was very flexible and instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Lisa was very helpful and responsive. A cot was provided upon request. The house was close to the main beach, restaurants and shops. The house was very tidy and clean and we had a lovely time by the pool. Would stay here again.

Joanne was an amazing host, very professional, communicated extremely well, and made check in and out stress free and seamlessly easy. Her villa was nestled in a beautiful location with plenty of activities to do. The villa was spotless clean and well maintained, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and getaway. Jo’s priority was to ensure our stay was to a high standard and memorable and is certain was. I highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed. he place was clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped with everything we needed. The deck out the back was such a great bonus – a perfect spot to relax! The location was super convenient, and communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. Little extras like the noodles in the cupboard and the washer/dryer were such a nice touch and really appreciated. Overall, a great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay, so peaceful, the staff are funny and friendly, I highly recommended staining here and please visit the SMALL local wineries they need the love ❤️

We really had a nice stay , Linda is a great host and she has kept the property at pristine condition with immaculate attention to details. Really wonderful place to stay and enjoy morning tea with great surroundings with close proximity to everything. We stayed for 4 nights and will highly recommend to anyone travelling to Port Stephen’s area.

We were a group of 8 and had an amazing time staying at Janine’s beautiful home! The house is spacious, fully furnished, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a group getaway. Everything was clean, well-organized, and had all the essentials we needed and more. Janine was a fantastic host with excellent communication from start to finish. She made sure we felt welcome and was always quick to respond to any questions. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would absolutely love to come back in the future! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
