House vacation rentals in Forster

It was the perfect spot for a get away. So homely with beautiful views of the surrounding terrain. The rain on the roof was a dream to fall asleep to and the sun coming through the stained glass window above the door felt as if we were waking up in a fairytale. It held the quintessence of what you’d hope for in a hunter valley escape 100% want to go back.

The places was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed and extra. The other guests on this short vacation walked and and were just wow-ed by how the place looked. It was a great stay! Thank you so much for approving our booking!

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

This is a lovely retreat which makes you feel on top of the world - with incredible views north over the Port Stephens peninsula. At night the stars are incredible. The house itself is modern, clean and fresh with everything you'd need - and the beds are very comfortable. The communal spa and pool is beautiful - and the water temperature was perfect. The whole place feels like a mini private resort. Jane was very communicative with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

It is an absolute fantastic place. Very peaceful with great views. Feels like heaven on earth. The inside of the house is very clean, spacious and has everything that you would need. Bev is a very nice and friendly host and it was an absolute delight talking to her. My husband and I and also our two dogs loved it so much that we will definitely come back here whenever we can. It was one of the best places that we have been to. From the check in until it was time to leave everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone. I guess the the only part that we didn't like was leaving 😞. Many thanks Bev until next time 😊

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is a beautiful home for a weekend away for one as a retreat or for a family getaway. Thoroughly enjoyable.

A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

Excellent getaway with family, plenty of room and loads of attractions close by. Highly recommend Leanne as a host, very available and happy to help.

Stayed here with family friends. House is great. Good layout to have space from others. Pool table was great. Hot tub was used daily. They providing washing powder, garbage bags and beach towels. Made everything easier. I did very nearly step on a red belly in the back yard near the gate however. Would be careful with kids out there. And the mosquito's were quite intense out the back. Other than that we loved the house.

Our second stay at fabulous Seal way and we had the best time. Lucked out with some fine weather after all the heavy rain and even did some stargazing on the first night around the outdoor fire pit. The only bad thing about this house is that you have to leave !!!! We will be back for sure Thanks so much

David's house was clean and large. We were able to walk to the local brewery, and there were wonderful district views. I would recommend this for groups or groups of couples

What a lovely place! We’ve been Forster for many times. This time was so nice to stay with Shelley’s beach house. It only takes 400 metres to the beach. Shelley prepares some sand toys in the garage which is so nice. The house is very clean and we loved the books and toys for kids. The kitchen and dinning area were awesome. Only one suggestion is preparing some coffee and tea bags would be much appreciated. Because Shelley has a beautiful SMEG coffee machine.

We had such a wonderful stay at Zahli’s place! The house was absolutely beautiful — spacious, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The indoor fireplace and hot tub were definite highlights and made our stay feel extra special and cozy. Zahli was a fantastic host — super communicative and helpful throughout, even offering us a 9am check-in which we really appreciated. The house had everything we needed and more, with great amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect! We especially loved the easy strolls to the beach just at the end of the street — perfect for early morning walks and catching the stunning sunsets. Thank you for such a lovely stay, Zahli! We’d love to come back again.

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

Turtle crossing, what a beautiful serene place. We got to enjoy this charming property right after the recent heavy rains to the Mid Coast, and we were very close to cancelling, but we were oh so happy that we committed to our trip, and got the opportunity to explore this beautiful part of NSW. In the rain, in the clouds, in the fog, or in the sun, this property shines bright. There is so much to enjoy about the open space in the living areas as was in the gorgeous surrounding landscape. Very secluded setting with everything is provided. A fully stacked kitchen, generous amount of bedrooms & beds and endless games & activities makes this suitable for all families or groups wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Jenni & Clive are amazing hosts, and I can’t praise either of them enough for their generosity and friendliness in the buildup, during and after our stay. We will be back

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in Forster. The home is incredibly spacious, very well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It was clear a lot of thought has gone into the design and amenities. The host was responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns quickly and professionally. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

Our recent weekend stay at Seaclusions was absolutely perfect, the house was stunning, clean and homely and fit our group which included 5 little children great. The view is breathtaking and is such a wonderful place for a little staycation. Could not recommend any higher!

We had a great time. This house is in a fantastic location - amazing views, easy ) (But uphill) walk to one mile beach, and practically across the road from Burgess beach. Main bedroom is incredibly spacious. House felt big even with 8 people, lots of spaces and places to be. Kitchen was well appointed and big, great bbq and outdoor table setting. Had big and easy laundry facilities. Massive garage with lots of space There are lots of steps and it is a split level house. This is clear in the listing but worth knowing if accessibility is a challenge for you. The photos are accurate. It’s a nice quiet neighbourhood. Steve and Sandra were very responsive and accommodating.
