In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Here you have the chance to stay centrally in Uppsala close to sights and many restaurants. Walking distance to Uppsala Central Station. The houseboat is located in Fyrisån by Stadsparken. The boat is equipped with simpler bathrooms with shower cubicle and separatett. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer & oven/microwave. The beds are divided into a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in sleeping loft, as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the umbrella and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy the wood stove.

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.
