What an amazing place to stay with family, the apartment is so beautifully decorated with attention to detail and very clean. The rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views is truly remarkable! A beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location, with the beach just steps away. Paul was excellent with communication—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a lovely living area and extremely comfortable beds that made for a restful stay. We initially expected a beach view from the balcony, which wasn’t the case, so just a heads-up for future guests. That said, the proximity to the beach more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay and we'd happily return!"

I had booked Marlene’s as we were coming to Sydney to see my oldest sister, other family and an event - my uncles 70th birthday. We read some reviews and thought it was safe to stay at hers for the night. We arrived very late, rookie travellers and bad planning meant we checked in late and Marlene had waited the whole day for us, which we didn’t know. We were received really well. She was very kind and the house was immaculate. We just had a great time with some family and ended up not needing to stay the night at Marlene’s, we came back collected our things. If it wasn’t for the birthday, we would have DEFINITELY slept there. Bathroom was clean. Marlene was a lovely host. Very warm and welcoming!

Wonderful stay to relax & unwind after a long flight from the USA. High scale and quiet. Easy access to Terrigal (about a 3 min drive) & beaches.

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

We had a great stay in Peter's 'shack'! It is bright, spacious and comfortable. Despite hot weather, it receives a lovely cool breeze, keeping the temperature down. Kitchen & bathroom were well stocked & it was peaceful and relaxing to sit out on the deck. Peter was responsive and accommodating and I would definitely stay again on future holidays.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Peaceful weekend getaway in family. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The place had everything we needed for our stay with extra thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. It was lovely to feed the animals and use the firepit to roast marshmallows 😋 Thanks so much Kristen and Paul!

We found Helgas home to be exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and homely. Helga was a lovely host who always ensured we were ok and our doggo and ourselves would stay here again when visiting Pearl Beach. Thank you Helga!

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood, close to The Entrance and Long Jetty. Clean, tidy, and perfect for a weekend getaway.

Very clean and beautiful place, had my two small children there and was great for them aswell, had a portacot and a high chair there which was great! Abraham was great and quick at replying when we had any questions.

They were so responsive and accommodating! The house was even nicer than on the pictures and we had a lovely stay. Nothing could have been better and we cannot recommend this house and hosts more.

This is a very comfortable cottage at the rear of a house. It has a huge backyard with a lovely little covered outside area where you can snooze on a lounge in the sun. A great spot to base yourself to discover the beaches and Tuggerah lake.

We loved staying at Lucy’s place it was super cozy and private. Lucy’s place had everything you needed. We arrived at the accomodation late and it was easy to find with festoon lighting. Lucy had turned the floor heating on which was so lovely coming from the cold outside and there was milk already in the fridge for a coffee or tea. We would definitely stay again!

Lucienne’s place was great! I really enjoyed staying there and Lucienne is a fabulous host! I will definitely stay again :) Cheers, Tim

I had a lovely stay at Tina and Chris’s place! Although I didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful through messages. Chris was so welcoming and friendly—it truly felt like a home. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and warm place to stay. Thank you both!

What a great apartment! Close to everything we needed during our stay, loved how close it was to coles and a few other shops. Walking distance to the beach and four pines park- thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Xanthe's place has a lovely aspect, is very quite (there is a Police Station at the end of the road that might help;), has a lot of sun light and is very comfortable. The deck area is very large so great for our dog and all the amenities worked as described. The sofa, dinning table and decor were very nice and rustic and the kids loved the sunroom with a hammock chair. The street itself suited us perfectly. The area is within walking distance to Mona Vale and lots of shops and gyms etc, walk to the beach and dog park, close to the B1 bus to the city and also easy access to anywhere else on the Northern Beaches.

We had an amazing holiday. Adam and Sarah's apartment was absolutely lovely - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. they had left clear instructions. The apartment was located within easy walking distance of shops and the gorgeous Dee Why beach and restaurants and on the main bus route to other places. Would highly recommend.
