Great hostess and apartment! It was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is on a hill and we mostly only stayed there overnight so I recommend a place if there is a car or if you are particularly active. Surrounding area was quiet. Up on the hill to climb in the evening was uneasy, but as the place of living is perfect if traveling during the day or just enjoying the view from the balcony. As a compliment we received a lovely gift from the hostess and it was clear what we were going to cook. :) A huge plus that the hostess let us check out later as we had an evening flight. Thanks for everything! Have a beautiful summer!

Lovely few days in Luca’s apartment, in a really quiet and beautiful area of the lake. The backdrop around the apartment is really special. The bed is super comfy and shower very powerful! The lack of WiFi is not really a problem as you can get good signal standing around the pool area :) thank you so much, we will be back!

Great place, great view, everything is perfect. just make sure you can drive in through the small lane. very cute instructions and friendly host who found ideas to share for me trip.

It was a dream of accommodation. We spent a few days here with my parents and it was endlessly relaxing. The place was very private and the pool and views were simply the highlight. We also had an area upstairs in the garden with a seating area where we could have breakfast and barbecue. We got great tips from Valentina. We've been to many accommodations, but this one was especially nice. We will book our main vacation here directly in the summer of next year :)

We absolutely loved Francesca’s place. It may have been our favourite air bnb ever! It’s situated right on lake Garda and it’s peaceful and quiet with access to a secluded little beach and jetty. The views of the lake are absolutely stunning. The air bnb itself is pristine, finished to a very high quality and had loads of useful amenities and equipment. We hired a car and explored the whole lake from here and I would say you probably do need a car when staying here but being out of the way a bit is worth it for the peace and beauty of the location. You can walk into the nearest town which is Gargnano. It’s gorgeous and has loads of delicious food and drink. Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay. We loved it and will be rushing to go back!

This place was just a dream! The view from the garden to the water and the mountains was absolutely unique and made every day special. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. Particularly noteworthy is the warm and uncomplicated communication with the hosts – they were always helpful, friendly and made our stay really pleasant. There are some good restaurants in the village, but you should definitely have a vehicle to explore the surrounding towns - the property is only accessible via some very, very narrow roads, so you should be a safe driver :) We can recommend the property without hesitation!
