The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower, UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofas, PS there is NO KITCHEN only a mini fridge Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking, (in the summer with table and chairs) IMPORTANT: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep and uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

There are plenty of footpaths accessible from the property and the local village pub is only a 10 minute walk away. The Lark apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore all parts of East Anglia.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Secret Bunker at Vikings Forge

Surprisingly quiet due to the thickness of the walls, the property is a recently converted early 1960's nuclear bunker. During the Cold War period, the owner began digging a huge hole in his back yard which became the nuclear bunker, the house was built on top. During restoration windows and glazed door were added. Sleeping area is separated from living area by a blackout curtain. Access via steps, unsuitable for children or wheelchair users. Restricted head height at the beams of 179 cm.

We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. We are able to provide celebration packages upon request.
