Fabulous Luxury Suffolk Lodge with Hot Tub for 6

TracyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a Mothers & Daughters weekend and stayed at this lovely lodge. From our first impressions of walking in and it being bright, airy and modern, we felt right at home and loved every minute! Kitchen was well equipped, 3 en-suites were a benefit for us ladies and 2 main bedrooms were large and roomy. The lodge is surrounded by beautiful countryside, we walked almost everywhere, as we love getting our steps in! We spent a day in Ickworth Country Park which is a five minute drive away which was great and we walked into Bury using the off road paths/trails we found….. we may have even done some rambling with a wrong turn or two….! We enjoyed an evening meal at The Three Kings, 30 minute walk away, or five mins in the car from the lodge, and was lovely food and service. After all the walking, the hot tub was a well deserved pleasure and we made the most out of it throughout our stay. Tip: lots of little flies/gnats so take citronella candles/fly spray (no fault of the owners).

The Old Steam Mill, Luxury in a beautiful location

AmberRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a wonderful weekend at the old steam mill. Photos don’t do it justice - it’s even more spacious and beautiful in real life! Very comfortable and quiet, the hosts Mark and Celina accommodated us at very short notice and were lovely and responsive when needed. The garden was perfect to enjoy a drink and meals in the warm summer evenings and our dog loved exploring. It was everything we hoped for a countryside getaway not too far from London.

Coach House studio flat

JudithRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely loved the Coach House! Great location with so much to see and do in walking distance. We had everything we needed. The studio was spotlessly clean and well furnished to a high standard. Jennifer and Simon were really helpful with the arrival info and checking in to see if we were OK. We couldn't fault a thing and plan to return. Highly recommended.
A framed vintage poster is displayed on a light-colored wall, depicting a woman in traditional Japanese attire. The background features soft pink cherry blossoms, creating a serene visual. The artwork includes stylized text at the bottom, enhancing the overall aesthetic.

Andy was a superb host. We stayed at his place in Bury St Edmunds for one night. It was very clean, tidy, and in a great location — we could walk to the Abbey Gardens and Town Centre in just five minutes. Andy’s communication was excellent throughout, and his place was easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Signature Spa Six Pet

Lovely lodge in quiet location. All 3 bedrooms en suite. Plenty of space between lodges. Great communication. Would recommend. Things to note : no WiFi available, oven is complicated to use. Check out at 9am which i feel is at least an hour too early than it needs to be.

The Garden Room, a magical mini house by NT Estate

MercyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our bank holiday weekend escape at Koko and Mike’s garden house was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The garden house itself was a cozy, impeccably clean retreat—ideal for my husband and me to unwind. Koko’s thoughtful touches were evident in every detail, from the locally sourced organic milk provided to the light freshening of our room while we were out exploring. One evening, they lit a firepit and barbecue for us, serving delightful cocktails and crisps that we savored by the flickering fireplace. The scenic walk to Ickworth Estate which is right by their doorstep was a highlight, adding a touch of nature’s charm to our stay. Koko and Mike’s hospitality truly elevated our experience, making it a memorable getaway we’d love to repeat.
