Truly an amazing space. Not only is the house unique and fun, but it’s such a comfortable space. Enough room for a big group without sacrificing the common areas. Plus the pool !!! It was warm and stocked with enough towels and floaties. If you can reserve a date here, do it.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of toiletries and fresh towels. A few small things to note: we spotted some ants near the TV and noticed a blue car parked on the property occasionally—probably someone caring for the chickens. It might be helpful to mention that in the listing. On our last night, we saw an unfamiliar car nearby that quickly left when it noticed us, which felt a little unusual but nothing came out of it. When we arrived, the pool vacuum was still in the water. The host kindly let us know we could unplug it ourselves as it was forgotten, but since we didn’t get to it that night, she came by the next morning to take care of it, which we really appreciated. A quick heads-up beforehand would have been even better. Overall, the home was comfortable, and the host was responsive and thoughtful. We’d happily recommend it!

Peaceful neighborhood, some noise heard from where host lives upstairs (just FYI in case this would be a factor for guests). Hospitable host with local recommendations. He informed us that the last guests had an accident with the ping pong table so that was not available but we enjoyed the pool table & hot tub. He also informed us that the pizza oven takes about 3 hrs to prep & 2 bundles of wood & is best for bulk pizza making. The master suite has a beautiful view of the backyard with water features. The o redhead fairy lights outside are a plus in the evening. Overall, a positive experience with Eric. I frequent Airbnb’s and would recommend this one.

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

It was cold one night and my kids wanted to have a swim after dark. Samantha's husband came over and turned the heat up on the pool to make sure we could have a swim and create some great memories. Samantha was extremely responsive and flexible with check-in time. Everything was clean and beautiful. They also had nice sound bars and subwoofers on both televisions to make movies on the big TVs that much better. My kids raved about how nice the house was and how much fun they were having. We stayed at the pool house for a bachelor party and it did not disappoint! Being in early April we wanted to find a unique air bnb with something to do for 12 guys and we all had a blast swimming and throwing the football around. There are a lot of amenities, floatees, board game, tennis court with rackets etc. and the host was very thoughtful in setting this up. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this place to any group getaway!

Our volleyball team stayed here for a weekend tournament and we couldn’t be happier. The home is absolutely gorgeous, sparkling clean and beyond what you can write in a simple review. Coffee bar, pool, hot tub, comfortable beds, arcade…..The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We are all talking about how soon it will be until we are back! The home was perfect for our group. It’s in a convenient location. The driveway was big enough to fit the 5 pickup trucks we had. It was nicely decorated and clean. The games, pool, and park nearby kept us busy. Everything was labeled and organized in the kitchen. There was a first aid kit which came in handy for a bandaid when a kiddo got an owie. The deck is super spacious for a large group. Jared & Amy were great to work with. One of the kids forgot a doll and they offered to ship it to us. That was very kind of them and very much appreciated. We would stay here again.

April's house was very spacious and comfortable. It was accommodating for our family size of 16. Lots of games and activities were available for the kids. The kids enjoyed themselves. The Christmas tree was a plus for us to place our gifts under. Response time to emails was almost immediate which allowed things to go even more smoothly. I would definitely book this house again and it is highly recommended for large groups!

Absolutely magical stay! The lake house was the perfect setting for making unforgettable family memories. We spent our days kayaking on the peaceful water, our evenings around the fire pit roasting s’mores, and our nights playing board games with the grandparents. Watching squirrels play in the trees each morning was a delight for everyone. Cozy, clean, and full of charm—this place felt like home from the moment we arrived. Can’t wait to come back!

Booked a stay with some friends for a long weekend at the lake and Heidi’s place was absolutely perfect! She was always responsive, and well prepared with everything we needed from towels to basic kitchen utensils and everything in between. The hot tub was a huge perk and we also had fun taking the kayaks out on the lake. Definitely would recommend booking with Heidi for anyone looking for a relaxing escape near the twin cities!

Beautiful home with peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the hot tub, making smores around a fire, swinging our 1 year old on the rope swing, and many more activities. I was the most impressed with all the fun toys available for our daughter. She had a blast and so did we! Will definitely return in the future.

Just beautiful and cozy. Felt right at home and comfortable in this gorgeous house. Was bigger than expected. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to make a meal. Beds were really comfortable. My kids loved the bunk and arcade games. Would love to come backs in the summer.

Grey Duck Lodge is beautiful and peaceful—the home is spotless and comfortable. There are so many nice touches—a blu tooth speakers for music, cozy blankets to wrap up in if the weather turns chilly, all the kitchen utensils and dishes you need to cook for a large group—a big table for meals and board games, which my adult kids and grandkids love. I loved the lakefront—lovely trees everywhere and easy to rent a pontoon for cruising Deer Lake. The area is full of things to do—hiking, quaint small towns, restaurants, wineries, and new pubs—on top of the water activities. I was there for week and need to go back because I could not do it all. The deck is an unforgettable place for fun conversations and quiet reading. And the home office let us do whatever we had to attend to even when we just wanted to play. Many thanks for the great hospitality. I will definitely return.

My 3 daughters and I came for a quilting getaway. The house was spectacular and clean. So peaceful and private. The perfect place to recharge. We all enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning off the lake. There were a few boats to watch as they fished. The deck seating was ideal for having some meals

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is right on the river and is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a wonderful dock with the place and there is a marina with boat ramp and rentals about 500 feet away. We fished off of the dock all week and caught Drum, Walleye, and Perch. Hudson WI is 5 minutes away and Stillwater MN is about 15 minutes away. Both towns are full of good restaurants and shops.

This place immediately felt like home when we walked in. There was plenty of space and the kitchen had all of the amenities needed to be able to cook a meal. We really enjoyed the fire pit and making s'mores and roasting hot dogs. Also enjoyed the kayaks we took to the lake a few blocks away. Thank you for everything you've done to make the space like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful trip to Kyle’s rental in Taylor’s Falls. The house was fantastic and exactly how we pictured it to be. The carpets and kitchen were a little dirty when we arrived, but certainly nothing huge to deal with. The front door with the keypad was a little difficult to deal with, but Kyle responded promptly when we asked for tips. Kyle always responded instantly if we had any questions or concerns, and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We loved sitting on the porch in the sun and enjoying the peace and quiet. Would definitely book again!!

We had the most magical stay at this home! The house itself was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, cozy, and everything we could have hoped for to make our holiday perfect. The hosts went above and beyond to make it feel like Christmas. They even left personalized stockings for our kids filled with thoughtful little gifts, which absolutely delighted them! So much better than a hotel - my family put together a puzzle, had a fire by the lake, played games with laughter and privacy, Grampa took a nap on the screen porch, money saved by cooking and had fun doing it in a kitchen ready for anything! Everything we needed was there and more- plus labels made even light switches clear at first glance! The best comment was - "I could stay here a week!" - and the photos will be memory keepers of birds in the trees and deer across the lake and mostly my family caring for one another.

We absolutely loved our short break at The Havens. The house layout functions brilliantly with lots of communal areas and spaces to relax. It feels newly finished, clean, contemporary and comfortable. We loved discussing evenings in getting of the fire in the porch, using the sauna and taking the kayaks out on the river. Lots to do in the area. we hope to visit again.

We had everything we needed. Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 1 child in our group. It ended up working great to have the bedrooms split (2 up and 2 down) so my daughter wasn’t bothered by us staying up later. Plenty of towels and everything was clean. One single bed was squeaky and the other was more of a cot without support for the mattress but it was probably only meant for kids. I only slept there to appease my daughter’s suggestion of a sleepover:). Nothing fancy, but nice place for the money!
