The bungalow has been recently redecorated throughout and has a new electric central heating system, new kitchen with some new appliances. Off road parking for 3 cars. 1 dog accepted. Location is idea to enjoy walks and cycle within the New Forest and walks along the Avon Valley path.

Half a mile from the New Forest, Shepherd’s Lodge is hidden away at the the end of a long garden. It has a wood burning stove, electric heating, patio and it’s own fenced garden. The sofa has views over the surrounding farmland. There is a kitchen/dining area to prepare simple meals, separate shower room/toilet, a radio, GOOD 4G SIGNAL BUT NO INTERNET OR TELEVISION. Tea, coffee & milk provided. Well behaved dogs welcome but must not be left alone. Stabling for a horse at extra cost.

The Coach House with walled garden

Our converted coach house offers a cosy corner in the busy village of Downton from which to visit the historic cathedral city of Salisbury and the open spaces of the New Forest. Parts of the property date back to 1475 with links to the Bishops of Winchester. There is plenty on offer in and around the village, with local shops, gardens, pubs, walks and bicycle rides along the River Avon. Bournemouth beaches are not far away. We welcome dogs (please see info regarding fee).

Explore our charming town and its local shops, restaurants a stroll away, or perhaps take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach or into the heart of the New Forest. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

Beautiful studio with direct access to New Forest

Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette with a hob and microwave. it makes the perfect cosy retreat. The sofa can be converted into extra sleeping if required and extra bedding is provided. There is a a small private outdoor area to enjoy during the summer months. Dogs are welcome...

Situated on the River Avon, we have otters, king fishers and huge numbers of birds resident on the river.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

Charming Self-Contained Annex in Landford

Birch Corner is a charming, light and cosy place to stay in the village of Landford in the New Forest National Park, with open access to the New Forest just four or five minute's drive away. The Village Stores and Post Office is only a two minute walk away and you can buy everyday essentials there. There are a number of pubs and restaurants in Landford and neighbouring villages.
