The house consists of: 3 double rooms with private bathroom, shared kitchen/living area, laundry room with washing machine available for guests, a 130-square-meter furnished patio with a masonry kitchen and direct access from the house and view of the rooftops of Naples, Vesuvius, and the Certosa di San Martino.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Vacation home located in Pompeii, a stone's throw from the Sanctuary, 1.5 km from the excavations and 5 km from Vesuvius National Park. With a bus stop just below the house, it makes it even more reachable.
