House vacation rentals in Fonyód

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

Daniel the host was very friendly and helpful he provided us with everything we needed and we were able to communicate well. The apartment is 1 class we had a girls trip in Budapest and wanted to end it with a relaxing weekend and the place was perfect for it. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sauna and hot tub is easy to use. Thanks to Daniel! As soon as it turns out, I'd love to come back and recommend it. There is a deposit to be paid in cash, which will be returned in retrospect if everything fits. This wasn't a problem

This place is a real gem... hidden away, not far from Balaton lake. Great restaurants and facilities nearby! Pool was great, jacuzzi was great. Peter and his wife were lovely and super helpful with great recommendations. We loved staying here and we're very sad to leave!

We had a great time! Everything was as advertised. Szallas is in a very calm location , yet you can find excellent restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Bence is a great host: flexible and responded to all messages in minutes. I hope we have the opportunity to vacation here:)

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

Tamas was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was really well equipped and gave us everything we needed. Our dogs really enjoyed the access to the garden. A very pleasant stay

Very spacious apartment for a reasonable price.

We were with a group of friends. The house is very nice, clean and cozy. The view is amazing. The owners are kind, friendly, flexible. I would also like to come back with family:)

The house is comfortable, modernly designed, beautifully located in the middle of a vineyard. We loved the views and the quiet surroundings. A short driving distance from good restaurants and the lake. Will definitely come back for another family vacation.

Jozsef was friendly and very accommodating. Apartment was beautiful and the little garden is perfect for kids and babies. Close drive to the beach and promenade. 25 minute walk to those locations (big uphill to walk back up to the apartment :D)

We had a wonderful holiday at Szilvia's place. The house was easy to find. It is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood and has a lovely view of the hill. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace having a coffee or glass of wine. The house had everything we needed for our stay, everything looked as expected and as advertised. Everything was clean and tidy. Szilvia was very friendly, sympathetic and caring. She prepared a list of recommendations of things to do and places to go in the surrounding area which was very nice and helpful. We visited a few places she recommended and were delighted. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great time at Balaton. I hope to come back here one day!

Nice and private little house in a quiet area in the beautiful northern Balaton landscape. Very good for hiking and a romantic time, recommended for couples.

We visited Zsuzsa's accommodation with a group of eight friends - 4 spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a large living room awaited us, a few minutes' walk from the Révfülöp train station. In better weather, Lake Balaton is within walking distance, as well as the other treasures of the Káli Basin. Perfect choice for a larger group. Great value.

We had a wonderful stay! Kamilla was very friendly and responded quickly. The house itself was beautiful spacious, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. It’s centrally located near Lake Balaton, which made it easy to explore the area. The garden was a lovely bonus a perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!

The place is amazing, the hosts are very kind and responsive, the house is warm and cozy, and the stars are incredible! We will definitely come back again!

Charming house, well-equipped, with a pleasant exterior (large outdoor table, barbecue, petanque court nearby). Bedrooms and bathrooms are also very good. Laura and Gabor are very friendly and full of good recommendations on activities nearby, as well as good places to visit. And if you are a nature lover, I recommend walking in the surrounding forests and hills, we came across a dozen deer and stags!

We can only say here that the place is absolutely amazing. Located directly on Lake Balaton, now nice and quiet in April and the house or the equipment is very good. A dream if you can sit in the hot tub or on the sofa in not so warm weather and look out on the Lake Balaton through the large panoramic windows. All in all, this was a fantastic stay for us Hungarian fans here in April.

We booked the place for a strategy retreat, and it was just perfect for it! I can also recommend it for a normal vacation:) Only if you walk from the train station should be aware that the accommodation is a little elevated in the village

The house is beautiful, well-maintained, with all the necessary equipment, especially in the kitchen (you can cook freely). The waleria provided us with a BBQ grill, which we saw on the last evening, which was very nice and we were happy to spend time together. We were offered local specialties, our dogs were easily accepted. Despite the language barriers, we were able to communicate and learn about ourselves. The stay in Fonyód was very nice, although we found it at the end of the tourist season. We highly recommend Valeria and her home!

We had a great vacation in this beautiful home! Very close by car there are shops ( Tesco, Lidl, gas station), 5 min by car there is a great place in Balatonboglár with free parking, toilets, beautiful tree line, and a wonderful view of Balaton. The cottage had everything you needed, you could try mature juicy figs and apples in the garden. We rested a lot and will be back next year! Balaton perfect for small kids :)

A lovely place to stay!

Clean and cozy entire home with amazing view of Badacsony. Lovely, kind and helpful host.

We were very excited about our stay. the house is very nice both inside and outside. Depending on the position of the sun, you can relax in front of or behind the house. Especially the banana plants give a nice picture. Inside, everything is very new and nicely decorated , with a large living room and three bedrooms, the space of which is completely sufficient. There is air conditioning three TVs. In the living room, a very, very large one with Hungarian German and English programs. Shampoo, enough toilet paper cleaning agent, in the kitchen. dishwashing tablets, very good coffee and syrup were provided in the bathroom. you walk about 2 minutes to a small. very nice empty, beach or 5 minutes to a tourist beach with food options rent tretboat. Possibilities and a large water slide. A shopping opportunity is about an 8-minute walk away. We would come back anytime, as we enjoyed it very much.

Us and our dogs are super grateful for being able to stay there. The place was peaceful and quite - just perfect for the rest that we all needed so much. Thank you so much again
