Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Fontenay-sous-Bois

Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

House with garden available to guests, clean, well-equipped with appliances and well-served by public transport that is nearby, quiet area. Catherine is very kind and discreet. Very positive experience.

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Pascale's check-in instructions were very clear. The location of the accommodation is very conveniently close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

We had a very nice stay. Host responds quickly and was flexible in arrival and departure times. Very clean apartment, spacious, modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. Walking distance to the train station and around the corner a bakery, supermarket, butcher. Super!

My stay at Catherine’s airbnb was perfect! I arrived way later than check in and she was so kind and understanding. The location was great for the price and the public transportation was easy to navigate. I recommend you use google maps, it tells you what to get on and when to get off. Thank you again!

Excellent apartment with private parking in the parking garage. Well sorted supermarket around the corner and plenty of eateries within walking distance in Vincennes. Market on Sunday is recommended for a stay in Vincennes. Recommended for when you go to Paris and find a small ride by metro no problem.,

Great Host, nice and clean apartment, worth the price, location is great if you plan to be between Paris Center and Disney/ outlet side, Perfect if you are using a car whereas parking is included.

I had a great experience at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you immediately notice when you enter. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay, it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally – that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I highly recommend this place. Five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, this is the place to be.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Lovely flat, close to Paris center. Nice area with local shops, cafés and bakery close by.

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). The only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to subway.
