House vacation rentals in Fond du Lac County

I stayed at Tina's rental during a visit to the Oshkosh airshow. As promised, it was very convenient to get to from the airport and it was in a very peaceful location. This rental comes with use of a very inviting pool and fire pit. There was another rental party in the house on the property (next to the pool), but there is enough space and privacy that I didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I also want to share how clean and organized the space was when I arrived. I'm very picky about staying in rentals, but I was pleasantly surprised how tidy it was and how it was just as promised on the website. I really appreciated how incredibly responsive Tina was to all my messages. Tina also sent me a youtube video which gave me a tour of the space and an explanation of all the switches. As someone who has no experience with campers, this was super helpful. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a great host. Thank you Tina

We had six senior men and there three adult age children who flew into the local airport for the EAA Air Adventure. This home was large with plenty of beds and couches for everyone and ten minutes from Fond Du Lac County Airport (FLD) and 30 minutes from Wittman Regional Airport (OSH). This turned out to be am ideal location to get away from the busy crowds and recharge after each long day. Most days we cooked breakfast at the home, but there are options close by. This was all detailed in the owners guest book. Lunches were at the airshow and dinners were usually eaten out. The owner even welcomed us with some local brew and pizzas in the fridge as he knew we would be tired after long day of traveling from the east coast. We enjoyed the home and would book again.

Nice house, kids enjoyed the playground and pool. Clothes dryer did not work and the screen door coming in from the garage was not working very well. Kitchen and dinning room were great. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Clean and comfortable space, peaceful backyard, comfortable beds, a TV and bathroom for every room and a cool bookshelf door. A very unique property and well worth the extra money for a weekend stay.

Had a great visit. Lots of chickens on the farm with lots of eggs. Horses in the field. Clean.

This home fit our needs in being comfortable and easy access to Air venture in Oshkosh for the week.

Perfect place to bunk for the evening and enjoy the water and fishing for the day. Robert is a very communicative host if needed. Great neighborhood that is peaceful for the family in the evening.

Wonderful lake home; very comfy-cozy! It was close enough of a short drive to all the places we wanted to visit, yet very private. Sunsets over the lake were spectacular, and we loved starting our day in the upper porch with our coffee mugs steaming. Our hosts were so kind and always very responsive. They felt like good friends. We all hope to go back again!

My family stayed at Kimberly’s wonderful home for the EAA event. Her home is beautiful, comfortable and is in a nice quiet neighborhood . The beds and furniture are comfortable and the kitchen is amazing!! Kimberly is very responsive and kind!! We would love to stay again!!

We were in town for EAA Airventure and loved staying at Cindy's. It was a great escape to come back to after hot busy days at Airventure. The drive in every morning was quick and easy. We had our dinners on the back patio every evening enjoying the flowers and view of the lack. We really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (even with Penzey's Spices!!) and plenty of cabinet space for our food.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Deborah‘s place. It was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we wanted. It was one of our favorite AirbNB places of all time! Truly a home away from home. Deborah was immediately available when I had a question about check out time and was very understanding and helpful with that issue. Therefore, I can’t say enough other than we loved. Loved, love staying there.

With this property right on Kettle Moraine Lake, the views were amazing and there is a Tiki Beach right next door! This property fit all our needs! The open concept lower, was perfect for our group, we had everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms upstairs, each had their own special set up and the views of the beach and/or lake were amazing! Local Dundee restaurants, bars right down the street. So Lu winery was only 3 miles away! Beautiful area, with Northern Kettle Moraine Forest was close with a lot of trails. Outside set up looks like it would be amazing during the warmer months, with excellent views of sunsets. The lake froze over when we were there, but we can't wait to come back during the summer!

Michael and his family were very welcoming and had treats waiting and offered suggestions for getting to Airventure easily and other recommendations in the area. Michael was very responsive, and the house was clean and inviting, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was a few miles from the end of the runway and we were able to watch arrivals and departures. It was an easy drive to and from the airport from the south side, and was a very comfortable place for the four of us to stay. We felt at home there and could relax in the evenings after spending a long day at Airventure. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet place to get away to unwind.

Gingers home was very nice. The home was as exactly as described. Very clean and organized. Nice quiet neighborhood. If we come back we would definitely stay again.

Alissa’s house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! Easy drive to EAA. We had a relaxing dinner on our last evening and enjoyed a beautiful sunset at a close by restaurant “Sunset on the Water” Over all great experience!

My experience with the AirBnB was excellent. See ratings for different categories. There was great attention to details left by the host including notes through out the house to help adjust to the new setting. Very pleasant and comfortable stay. House was very roomy (for 3 people in our party), excellent kitchen and bath facilities, and has a full basement/game room downstairs. 3-4 car garage. There were TVs in almost every room. Internet worked well and consistently. The stay was very positive and I would definitely consider booking again next year with this host.

This is hands down the BEST place to stay in Oshkosh for AirVenture or any other event! We arrived to a spotless home and a welcome gift basket, complete with locally sourced items and spot-on restaurant recommendations. After a long day of crowds & noise, coming home to this cozy, comfortable home with its peaceful surroundings was idyllic and restorative. The home is perfectly situated to be both outside of town, and yet just 12 minutes from anything in town you want, including the airshow. It is cozy, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved kayaking in the pond & playing frisbee in the yard. Having drinks on the back patio in the evening with my husband was the perfect ending to our days. The hosts were not just responsive, but gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and businesses that were top notch. We really got a feel for the local area because of their help. We would absolutely stay here again!
