Villa vacation rentals in Folly Field Beach

This condo was perfect!!! It was equipped with anything and everything anyone might want or need. Even down to beach chairs, and cooler. Would definitely rebook here for our next HH trip.

Joseph, was a great host was very responsive with any questions that we had about the house and will definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Meg was very helpful and easy to work with. The condo was well supplied and beach accessories available, which is very helpful.

We had a fabulous stay! The place was beautiful, well appointed and immaculate! Linda and Jay were very easy to work with and communicative throughout the stay. We definitely plan on returning and highly recommend Lookout Lagoon!

We had a great stay in HHI! Our host was very responsive and gave us local recommendations for food! She also allowed us to use her bikes to get around on the island and her own private pickleball package! We love pickleball. She also gave us a bottle of wine and nice little candies and skin products which was a great touch. She had everything in the home already that we needed and even had trash bags delivered by Amazon before we even told her we were running low. The place was beautiful, in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do during our visit! We would definitely stay here again! ♥️

We loved staying here! Everything was as described and we had a great time. The beach cart provided made transporting everything back and forth very easy! Sitting at night on the balcony was about as peaceful as it gets!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Looked exactly like the photos. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Pool area is beautiful. It was too cold to utilize but I would love to come back during warmer weather!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The property is as pictured with all the listed amenities. Please note - you will need to bring your own spices and other ingredients needed to cook your own food however all the cookware/untensils are provided. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet - surrounded by greenery. It's located next to a golf course, 2 beaches and lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping within 10-18mins driving. The provided golf cart was also fun to use for short trips in the community and to the beach as well. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We hope to return when we're back at Hilton Head.

Great place to stay with family. The home was clean and spacious. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Perfect spot for our family of 5 to enjoy a great family vacation! We have stayed in quite a few places with our family over the years and this one ranks among the best. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also used the grill once. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the space. Hope to return to this unit again!

472 Captains Walk is a great condo choice. The third floor balcony view is wonderful and shaded each afternoon through evening. The deer feed below each sunset. The way to beach is short: the huge beach is flat and endless at low tide. The firm sand is popular for beach biking. Bike rentals deliver right to the condo building. The two bedrooms each have an attached bath, the kitchen and living area spaces were good. The condo was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The keyless entry code worked well and made check in easy.

We stayed at Akash's house for a big family vacation. The proximity to the beach, quiet neighborhood, pool, and all the bed/bedrooms made it a perfect stay.

Suzanne is a great host and communicator. The villa is in an excellent location with a wonderful beach and pool view. The space is very clean well maintained. The complex is walking distance to golf and tennis/pickleball. The pools and hot tub are lovely. Suzanne's personalized guide book provides great detail on the villa as well as thoughtful recommendations. My family had a wonderful visit and highly recommend.

Our family of 5 really loved the location of the property. Great access to the beach with some shops and restaurants nearby. The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Our only complaint was the 9am checkout time. We felt a bit rushed trying to get the family ready and make sure we followed the check-out instructions. All in all a great vacation.

Great location for beach and pool access (walkable) within Palmetto Dunes. Excellent set-up for two families - the upstairs has 2 bedrooms connected by a sitting room and a full bath. On the main floor there is a huge master suite as well as another bedroom + full bath. Nice sunroom and porch with a view of the lagoon. Property was clean but has some dating/wear and tear, which isn’t unexpected for a rental. Beach chairs and towels were a plus. I would stay here again.

Just exceptional. The pictures are deceiving -- the space is even bigger and more beautiful than the photos reflect. And the direct ocean view from the living space and main bedroom is gorgeous. Bonus, one of the bedrooms has its own climate control, so if you have picky travelers, you can have different temperatures. The place is stocked with the basics, so meals were effortless. And having Coligny across the street is beyond convenient. Walkable access to food, shopping, and live music? Yes, please. BOOK THIS PLACE.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo and walk to the beach are as described. The shuttle does not run during or after a rain, which caused a little issue with getting my elderly mother there, but other than that, it was handy. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items and starter supplies. It even has a collection of toys for younger children. The balcony overlooks an outdoor pool which was nice (but unclear from the pictures). We had no communication issues and would consider booking again.

The Salty Mermaid was the perfect stay! Very clean and spacious. It was great for our group of five. Great location. Amy was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions about the area. This has been my favorite experience staying on HHI so far! Definitely recommend.

Perfect for a couple looking to be on the beach most of the time. No lugging a whole days worth of stuff just grab what you need for that time and walk. The unit had everything we wanted/needed, perfect for two and maybe a small child, balcony provided a great view of evening thunderstorms. Location was great we walked almost everywhere beach, dinner, shops.

We always love staying in Ocean Palms, and this villa was great! It was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the screened-in patio that overlooked the lagoon. We also love having access to the Westin pools and amenities, and the shuttle service from the villas to the hotel is a nice bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

The Host was amazing, her unit was fantastic, clean and stocked. It was nice to be able to walk to shopping and to be able to walk to Starbucks every morning. I highly recommend this host and her unit.

Condo was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for us. Resort has everything you need. Short walk to the best beach. Amazing pool. Saw some wildlife around the pond from the balcony. The keypad door lock was aggravating…that’s one upgrade I’d recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay and everything was so nice and easy to get around from the resort! Beautiful place very clean and had everything we needed for ourselves and our kids! They loved the shared bunks 🥰 will absolutely be looking this one up again for our next stay!

The stay was perfect! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The condo was clean, bright and sunny! The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the views. If I come back to HHI I will definitely stay here again!
