“A lookout on the Sleeper of the Sannio. Since the opening of the door the apartment looks very cozy, warm, tasteful. It seems to be guests at an aunt's house. The geographical dislocation within the city is ideal having its own means of locomotion; you get there from everywhere and is close to all destinations, also has ample free parking. The view from the numerous balconies and windows ranges between hills and mountains of the Sannio and the night then reigns in silence for the benefit of restorative sleep. The small flaws in the building are attributable to a bad architecture-endogenous and rooted in the city. I am convinced that if you went guests to the mayor's house, you would find the same architectural sins. The host deserves a special mention: it is exceptional, thoughtful, respectful of privacy and dedicated to the well-being of its guests.”
Delightful and characteristic little apartment just a few steps from Corso Garibaldi and the Arch of Trajan. Cozy, comfortable, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette and all amenities. Independent entrance. Ideal for culture weekends, entertainment and as a support point for every need. Ideal for families with children. Animals welcome.
“Our stay was magnificent, we were greeted by the kindness and warmth of the owner Francesco, who was extremely available to come and check us in at the time of check-in. The house is beautiful, a relief from the scorching heat of these days, welcoming, fresh, clean and with every comfort. We felt at home. I highly recommend it.”
The accommodation is located in the heart of the historical center of the city near the main course behind P.zza S.Sofia. Less than 500m away is the Arch of Trajan, the eternal symbol of the town. The structure is totally independent and consists of a living area (kitchen and open-space) and a sleeping area (double bedroom with bathroom). The house is equipped with heating, TV, wardrobe, kitchen, the latter is at the complete disposal of guests.
“Stefano's place is in a great location situated near a famous conservatory, local bar scene, and old city. We were greeted by Stefano at the central train station upon arrival - he came to pick us up - which was above and beyond what we expected (and much appreciated since we had a very long day and my wife had twisted her ankle in Rome). Stefano's home has an historic feel and has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in underrated Benevento. I recommend going out Saturday nights because the music can be quite loud for sleeping. This was not a problem for us because we ended up going across the street to Vincenzo's bar and made some new friends practicing our Italiano.”
