Vacation rentals with beach access in Foggetta

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fabian's apartment and couldn't have been more satisfied. The location is unbeatable, with a variety of excellent restaurants. The proximity to the beach allowed for spontaneous seaside visits, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. One of the standout features is the large terrace, which provided a perfect setting for morning coffees and evening relaxation. Fabian proved to be an exceptional host, offering prompt communication and thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

Great stay, spacious and really close to city center and the beach!

Es ist wie ein Besuch zu Hause bei der Oma. Alles ist gut gepflegt und hat den Charme einer gemütlichen, kleinen Wohnung aus den 1960er Jahren mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Alessio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mich trotz erheblicher Verspätung meines Zuges vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Weil ich erst so spät ankam, konnte ich fürs Frühstück nicht mehr einkaufen gehen. Das war aber kein Problem, denn im Kühlschrank gab es Säfte und Joghurt. Außerdem auch Milch, kleine Kuchen und Kaffee und auf dem Tisch stand ein frischer Strauß Blumen. So fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und die Wohnung ist kein steriles Hotelzimmer, sondern ein echtes Zuhause mit Seele. Gerne wieder!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Leonardo per una settimana, sia per vacanza che per smart working. La posizione è ottima, fronte mare, vicina a ristoranti e negozi, ed è possibile muoversi tranquillamente a piedi o in bicicletta. E' inoltre possibile raggiungere la stazione in pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, oltre ad essere molto pulito e spazioso. Leonardo è un host molto reattivo e disponible. Esperienza positiva, spero di tornare presto!

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

Parfait! Petit appartement au rdv d’une maison calme . Bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Alessandro est réactif et très gentil. Je recommande ce logement.

siamo stati ospiti di Sabrina perchè i figli erano impegnati in una attività sportiva alnpalsport di Montesilvano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto in ordine e pulito, cucina ben attrezzata, parcheggio auto riservato. Tutto perfetto.

Caterina e Paolo sono stati molto disponibili e hanno saputo farci sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto personalmente e tutto era in ordine e pulito. L'appartamento funzionale e comodo è stato un ottimo appoggio per le nostre escursioni nei parchi e nelle spiagge vicine. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e trovare un ambiente rilassante per concludere le giornate di "avventure " è stato rilassante. Zona silenziosa e a due passi dal mare.

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Christian war ein zuvorkommender und tolle Gastgeber. Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Tolle Lage um Pescara zu erkunden. Wohnung entsprach genau den Beschreibungen.

La stanza è davvero centralissima, perfetta per chi vuole vivere il centro città a piedi! L'ambiente è bello, arredato con gusto e accogliente. In generale la pulizia era buona, anche se ho trovato un po' di polvere in alcuni angoli. Il letto era leggermente scomodo, ma comunque adatto per soggiorni brevi. Fabrizio è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e gentile. Nonostante questi piccoli dettagli, consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per la sua posizione imbattibile e l'atmosfera piacevole!
