Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

The apartment is on the second floor (stairs), in a quiet village location, just a 10-minute drive from Rendsburg and the Kiel Canal. In Fockbek you will find restaurants, banks, discounters, doctors, pharmacies, gas stations. For vacation, temporary living space, rent - bridging, seminars in small groups (6 people)… Cyclists are welcome. The outdoor area in the garden can be used by arrangement. Our approx. 52 square meter apartment invites you to relax in the middle of Schleswig Holstein. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our residential building in Büdelsdorf, is centrally, but still quietly located. It has its own entrance, hallway, bedroom with double bed. The living area is equipped with seating such as a dining table with chairs, a bench, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a toilet/shower.

Our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It is located in the center of Schleswig-Holstein in direct proximity to the forest. The Kiel Canal and the Eider are only 3 km away. From our apartment you can take great excursions on foot, by bike or by car. The Baltic Sea can be reached within half an hour and the North Sea is a good hour away. The property is completely fenced and is in a secluded location.

Our maritime, hygge apartment is located in the attic of a historic building in Rendsburg's old town. The marina, attractions, shopping street, restaurants, cafes and shopping are very close. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel are quickly accessible by public transport or car. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

Take a vacation in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in Nübbel. Nübbel is right on the Eider. The Kiel Canal is about 2 km away from us and invites you to cycling. 2 rental bikes are available available for a fee. The apartment has a sleeping and living area with a small dining area, a small pantry kitchen and a bathroom. On the terrace, the evening can end quietly.

The apartment, about 40 square meters, is located on the second floor in an old townhouse from 1905 in which we have also lived on the first floor for 20 years. Our renovation motto was: Reuse instead of throwing away. Not only we, but also chickens, cats and dogs are at home on our colorful and wild property.
