Our detached stone house with a pool is fully furnished, located 5 hours from Istanbul via the Yenifoça highway and 3 hours from Bursa. Our own private house with a private pool is located in a quiet area with olive trees. Our house is 8 minutes from Yenifoça Oasis marina, 10-15 minutes by car from private and public beaches. We did not put old and inadequate items to be rented, many of our items are new and fully furnished, especially kitchen utensils. A peaceful holiday awaits you in the sounds of birds🪻

Poetry houses offer a peaceful living space in the orchard where you can do yoga, read books and carry out your artistic activities. Kozbeyli village is a 600 year old Ottoman village. Our village is 2 kilometers from the sea. Yeni Foça 8 km Eski Foça is 16 km away. Foça bays are magnificent. Fula Mountain bike and walking path passes through the village. We are waiting for you with our two friendly, caring dogs.

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.

You will have a great holiday experince in our villa with swimming pool. 4 bedrooms with A/C (Living Room has extra A/C), a huge garden, BBQ, Fireplace etc. Our staff will prepare our villa with high hygiene standarts and everything you need for your staying. Also our villa is next to our other villa 'Magnificent Villa with Swimming Pool' so if you have larger groups (more than 10 person), please ask us. Ask for transfers also.

Our house, located in Yeni Bağarası village, 8 km away from Yeni Foça and Eski Foça, is within walking distance of the Persian cemetery and Zeytinköy forest area. Our location is very suitable for hiking and plant gathering. We offer a peaceful environment where you will feel intertwined with nature with our gardens, pergolas and fruit trees. In addition, the ESHOT 750 bus passing by our door provides ease of transportation.
