The location of the house is incredible, 7 minutes to the sea. But the garden is so beautiful that you can stay in the garden all day. All the details are incredibly thoughtful. In addition, when we arrive at night tired, the lentil patties and wine waiting for us at home are a delicacy that we will not forget. Thank you very, very much.

The location of the place was close to everywhere. The house was cute and comfortable, the host, Mr. Bahri, welcomed us with a smile,everything was clean and tidy, we were satisfied. I think the only thing missing from the house is the lack of kitchen utensils. It would be better if there were small pots, a few large knives, a toaster and a small oven. For families with children, the toaster should be in every house. Generally, we loved the house and we were satisfied. In addition, it was very good to have a heater in the house for the winter, the house was warm.

Our stay at Mr.Orge’s place was awesome. The view of the terrace was fantastic. The breakfast prepared by Hacer Hanim was the best we’ve had so far in the region! The place was very clean. Mr. Orge and Ms. Hacer were very kind and they planned everything very well. Fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

Since my wife and I were looking for some calmness, we decided to go to Karaburun and admire the view of the terrace boutique Apart. Mr. Örge is a very friendly and friendly host. He took great care of us by prioritizing our needs. Thank you so much for everything.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Klimt. All the equipment was immaculate and complete. Mr. Orge is a very caring and hospitable host. It was great to enjoy the view on the terrace in the evenings. The only problem was that the internet cinema was weak in our room, a few hours after we mentioned that Mr. Orge even started working on the solution. It was our first stay at Teras Boutique Apart, I'm sure it won't be the last time:)

We stayed for 2 nights on May 17-19. Mr. Faydan was in touch beforehand, it was relevant and descriptive. We did not have a problem during our stay. There are places where you will find beaches, restaurants and snacks within walking distance. There is a 15-minute drive to Karaburun İskele. I think it is a little damp and the bedroom entrance ceiling height is low. It was an experience that I would prefer again, especially due to the hospitality of Mr. Faydan.

If you want to have a calm and peaceful holiday with a magnificent view. The terrace boutique apart will meet your requests. We would like to thank Mr. Örge for his hospitality, conversation, and treats.

The location of the house was beautiful. Mr. Bora and his family welcomed us very warmly. Unfortunately, due to our stay at the end of the season, many restaurants around were closed or limited service. The opportunity to swim in the sea from right across the house was very nice. The sea is like a sheet in the morning, but it's usually choppy and mossy in the afternoon. The hiking trail was quite enjoyable. The neighborhood and the location of the house are very convenient for families with children. It was a little uncomfortable most of the time at night due to the dog barking, but I think we had a temporary situation. But overall we were satisfied.
