The house has been completely renovated and can accommodate 4 people + baby. Equipped with every comfort, ideal for a relaxing vacation by the sea.

studio duinhuis ...the specially designed wooden house with fireplace is located on the hill opposite the Bad Paviljoen, 100 m from the entrance to the beach! It is my life's dream to live with a small studio by the sea and to welcome people to the guest house in the garden. The typical Zeeland house opens its windows to the outside on a sunny wooden terrace, the sea can be heard here. A cozy sleeping gallery makes the house special, the private sauna can be booked spontaneously!

Here you wake up to the sound of the birds and, if you listen carefully, you can hear the sea! You can make a nice cappuccino, fresh croissants and a newspaper at the store around the corner. Between soothing greenery, you can enjoy the lovely morning sun. The tranquility embraces you in this cozy tiny house that is full of comforts. Will you walk to the beach in a few minutes? Come relax and enjoy historic Middelburg, the sea and my cozy romantic cottage in the heart of Middelburg. During the week I live here myself, and on weekends I like to share my house with couples who love peace, space and good facilities to experience a wonderful weekend together. Built in 1840 and all modern amenities (full kitchen, stove, luxury box spring, WiFi and television) are available to enjoy together so that you return home recharged and rested.

Groede is a beautiful picturesque and cultural village in Zeelandic Flanders, just a stone's throw away from the beach and Waterdunen, a special nature reserve on the border of land and sea. Groede has cozy terraces, beautiful historic streets and is an oasis of peace on the Zeeland-Flemish coast.

How nice is it to wake up with sunshine? Almost the entire side of the cottage has a window. So plenty of light, but guaranteed privacy! On our patio, it is good to stay after a wonderful day of vacation.
