Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located on a large private beach lot. The house is surrounded with grassy areas and two large back yard swings. There is a boardwalk which leads you to the beach. Ground floor features a private king and twin bedrooms with one & half baths. The upstairs features a large, updated kitchen and dining area, den area has a small fireplace with swivel rocking chairs. The front living room has a comfy seating area with full beach view and large tv.

Located on the less crowded East side of Orange Beach, the Broadmoor is a favorite with many repeat guests. Located a half-mile from the Florida line and just minutes to shopping and entertainment at the Wharf, it's in the sweet spot. This 4th floor beach-front is not too low or high. It feels more like a vacation home than a rental with 2 private king suites, 1450sqft and upscale furnishings with original artwork. Included are granite counters, SS appliances, wet bar, walk in closet, and more.

Caribe Resort on the Bay-Lazy River/Cabanas!

Newly decorated Caribe condo is a dream! This condo is in building B on the 2nd floor (3rd because parking is below) & sleeps 8 comfortably. The new 65 inch tv is loaded with all the apps such as ESPN and Netflix. This kitchen has a new refrigerator and all the appliances and cookware needed! The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.

The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
