The accommodation is true to its description. Clean, beautiful and perfectly located. The hosts have always been available, welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

We really loved staying at this house. It was comfortable, well equipped and more space than it appears in the photos. We used the downstairs terrace a lot and it was great to sit in the roof terrace watching the harbour. Getting the ferry to Valletta was quick and easy, but there was also plenty to explore in the local area within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again in future trips to Malta

The bedrooms were quiet and dark with air-conditioning, all of which made sleep easy. We had stayed in a very nice/expensive hotel days prior, only a few blocks in, and it was so noisy we barely slept. The location is walkable to every part of Valletta and this spot is perfect for longer stays. There were 4 of us but it easily could have accommodated 6. We are a family, so we also appreciated being able to access our Netflix to watch movies at night. Kitchen was nice, but we chose to eat out and enjoy the local fare. It was convenient having a grocery (Spar) only a couple blocks away to grab fruits and snacks.

A very proactive host who gave clear instructions to checkin, provided all amenities, regular checkins to see if everything was going well and have good recommendations to see around. The apartment looked nicer in real than in photos. Parking lot and public transport are closeby. Had a very nice experience staying here.

It was very nice, the location was amazing. Mdina is incredible and staying inside the gate was such an experience. There are a few improvements that can be made and it would make the stay much more enjoyable and easy. 1. A wall mirror in the bathroom would be great, there is only a small mirror on a shelf and the closest mirror is the living room so that would help. 2. The shower head should be higher. The bracket is waist height so to wash your hair you have to hold it and manually wash whilst holding the shower head. 3. A few more kitchen utensils would be great. These little improvements would go a long way. Otherwise it is a great place to stay!

Very nice apartment well located near the city centre of La Valetta. we had a great time and we highly recommend it. Félix was also very helpful and answered quickly our questions. thank you for having us in Malta. We will come back for sure.

Very good location and very attentive host

We spent great time during our stay in Maurizio's apartment. It is spacious, clean, with all amenities we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, there are both food markets and restaurants in walking distance. Also it was easy to find parking for the car we rented. Maurizio was always reachable to chat and helpful giving us tips and suggestions during our stay.

Lovely stay for our first trip to Malta. Recommend if you like peace and quiet away from the main streets. (But still within walking distance of shops and restaurants)

Very private, had a pool and gym which was close to the apartment. Near the shops and short drive to the food places.

Such a beautiful gem! The place was great - absolutely loved the terrace, sea view, and the pool. Throughout the day you will have both shade and sun at the same time, so you can choose whether you want to be in the sun or shade. Joanne was very helpful, set up an extra mattress for us, in addition to letting us check in early and check out late. Would definitely want to stay here again 🥰

We had a thoroughly great day in St Pauls Bay at this apartment. It was in a quieter part of town, but walking distance to restaurants and busier areas. The apartment itself is well layout and private. We visited with our two year-old, which was difficult with the marble floors and stairs, but was manageable and would stay again. The air conditioning worked well and there was everything needed for light meals and bonus for a coffee machine. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic villa with a breathtaking view and the host was extremely welcoming.

We loved our stay! The villa is beautiful and the island is very peaceful. We especially enjoyed the pool and the barbecue! We thought it may be useful to note that the air con system in the villa needs coins to run, so it was useful having cash. It’s a pretty walk to the beach, a short walk away from a square of restaurants/bars and the Church, and a short Uber ride to the ferry port. Thanks for the lovely stay, Chris, and for being so responsive and helpful!! :)

We stayed for 7 nights here, 6 adults and 4 children and we all had a lovely time. Ray was a brilliant host, advised us of all of the local super markets and places to visit. Took us on a tour of the villa when we got there and explained how everything worked. We were going to rent a car but we decided against it and used the ‘Bolt’ app which is the same as uber. If you are looking for a private villa with a pool, plenty of space and easy for children this is perfect. There are a couple of shops around a 4-5 minute walk from the villa which was handy for the essentials but there is also a good priced super market 5 mins away in a taxi. Although Ray lives next door you don’t actually notice as it’s really private but as he is so approachable and easy to talk to it wouldn’t have been a problem anyway.

lovely little place with more local and historic feel. Quieter area and better for those that want to be away from the modern high-rises and non traditional area. Perfect size for our week long stay. Clean and tidy and great amenities. Easy to get across the ferry or traditional boats to Valetta from here but bear in mind those that have problems walking, there are quite a few steps to get to harbour. Easy for us though. beautiful views all around this area and dining / drink options either in Senglea or over other side at Birgu. There is a bridge that isn't shown on Google maps so you don't have to walk quite around the marine to get to the other side. Around £7 in an Uber to get from airport to apartment and around £7 again to get from Valletta to Senglea if not using boat. Others have complained about noise...I found it generally quiet just with some local chatter outside from time to time. I wasn't awake all night. You will be rested. Great place! Thanks!

The apartment is amazing, the building is beautifully renovated. The location for us was perfect, the City is small so everything is very walkable but we were definitley ina prime location. Close to the upper barraks, st lucia street, grand harbour. We could not have asked for better.

A nice, large and clean apartment. Cristina and Lorenzo are excellent with their guests. Extremely fast responses and actions via the app. Lorenzo even came to a nearby town to hand over a key to the parking garage, because we unexpectedly rented a car. There are also many trips to be made from this location. I use Bolt a lot to get around, it works great. But to explore the coastline, it was useful to go by car. In short, a nice apartment with great hosts.

We spent 10 very nice days in the apartment and would come back anytime. The apartment was modernly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The quiet atmosphere in the accommodation was particularly pleasant, at the same time the location was really ideal: In a few minutes you are both in the center of the village and on the nearest beach. Communication with the host was also smooth and friendly. Overall a completely successful stay.

We had a super pleasant stay in Malta and the apartment contributed greatly to this beautiful experience. It was perfectly as described, very clean, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Nothing was missing! The location is also ideal: the accommodation is very well located, within reach of everything, especially by car. There is a Lidl right next door as well as many shops, which is really convenient on a daily basis. The host was great: very responsive, attentive and really caring to make our stay even better. If I had to come back to Malta, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book this place again. Once again, thank you for everything!
