Cottage of about 65 m². It consists of: Ground floor: An equipped kitchen open to a courtyard that is not overlooked (garden furniture + private barbecue) + air-conditioned living room + S. D. B + W. C independent. On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms with closets and air conditioning. (old stairs may not be suitable if mobility problems). Quiet with courtyard + playground (swing, trampoline, slide) and pool shared with another accommodation. TV + DVD, Wi-Fi Pets prohibited Heated pool from May to end of September.

House ideally located in the countryside, between plain and pine forest, close to the sea, the pretty town of Pézenas, the Étang de Thau and a stone's throw from the river. The house has a large garden with a small private 10 m² pool. The house is large (200 m²) and bright and offers a nice view of the plain (and horses sometimes) and beautiful sunsets. It's a great place in any season, to gather with family, stroll, relax and explore the area.

To locate the village a little, we are 15 km (about 1/4 hour) from Cap d'Agde and its beaches, 13 km from Marseillan beach. We are also 10 minutes from Pézénas, the city of Molière. If you like peace and quiet then our apartment will seduce you. Put down your suitcases and go for a walk in the vineyards on foot, there are many paths.
